Unlock the deadbolt: To awake the lock, press the bottom right button shaped like a shield. Enter the given numbers. Press the bottom right shield button again. WAIT for the shield to turn blue and a beep to sound. The door is now unlocked.
PARKING:
Do NOT park on the street in any sort of fashion. Use the driveway and the grass area to the sides of the property. DO NOT park in front of the house in the grass.
Other things to note
Please avoid traversing into the area behind the backyard fence.

We began using verb in May 2025 linked to another website. Please be patient if there are any glitches. Calendars are linked. A new resident to NWA; formerly from California. I enjoy working with entrepreneurs in franchise business propositions and live very close to this property. The manager is also new to the business and enjoys music and antique car restoration.

This property is very close to my own home. I can easily monitor all aspects of guests and assist the manager in hosting responsibilities. The neighborhood is safe and quiet for cozy home life and guest relaxation. The lake is about one half mile away. Highway 12 is almost visible from the backyard.

The house is listed three ways: 5 bedroom, 3 bedroom, or 2 bedroom-game room (also known as the "mother-in-law suite"). Boat parking is available on both sides of the property as well as car parking in the driveway.. We do ask to not park directly in the street and on the grass in front of the residence.
