The 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining areas, screened lanai, private one-car garage, and roomy floor plan, all directly in the heart of Longboat Key. Conveniently located near Sarasota, situated right on Gulf of Mexico Dr., you'll be just a short walk to the crystal waters of Longboat Key Beach or just a short drive to several other area beaches. There is also bay access on the rear of the property where you will find a small private beach area and fishing dock. Private pool, with pool-side restaurant Hugo II.

Plenty of other local dining options are within walking distance including Lo Key Island Grill, Harry's Continental Kitchen, Euphemia Hay and the Centre Shops where you'll find Lazy Lobster, La Norma, Blue Dolphin Cafe, Tyler's Ice Cream and more. Publix is 4 miles south on Gulf Drive and St. Armands Circle is 15 minutes away for many more dining and shopping options.

Great Stay

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend; the accommodations were exactly as advertised and communication with the owner was easy, they were very responsive and friendly. Would recommend and stay again.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful stay! Excellent property! Perfect for a family of 4. We absolutely loved it! My kids were comfortable and had a blast! The condo was so nice and made our vacation fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Long Weekend

My daughter and I stayed on Longboat key for a long weekend to attend a sporting event. The condo was perfect and had tons of space. The location was great across from the beach. The condo was clean and check in was super easy. The owner (Matt) always responded quickly with any questions I had. We will definitely return!

The place to stay!

The property is wonderful. Easy access to the beaches and shopping for needs. There was a lot of thought put into making the place what you would want and need. The amenities were excellent. I would gladly recommend staying here.

Great location and quiet

Wonderful location to explore all the beaches and restaurants! So quiet! Great bikes and beach umbrella in the garage! We enjoyed the pool and boardwalks on the property.

Great stay at the beach

Matt and Nicole’s place was great! The location and amenities are fantastic and the layout of the condo worked great for our group with four kids. Plenty of bedding options. Matt and Nicole were very accommodating and even set us up with additional toys for the kiddos!

Great location

Beautiful unit - Matt & Nicole are very responsive and the unit had every convenience. The beaches are a short drive away. We loved the nature path thru the mangroves to the bay. There is a 42 acre preserve a short block away. We enjoyed are time there!

Lovely Spacious and Clean Townhouse

This townhouse was spotless and very spacious — it was a very relaxing space with comfortable beds, refreshing air conditioning and attractive decor. We were visiting family in Long Boat Key and this location gave us the opportunity to be close by and enjoy the local restaurants.

LBK townhouse

Immaculately clean and nicely furnished. Amenities included Several bicycles and beach chairs which came in handy. The property owners were responsive and very nice people.

Great Place on Longboat Key

Was able to procure a last minute reservation for me and my daughter so we could check up on some family nearby. Matt was very accommodating, responsive and kind. We only used the king sized bed in the master which was very comfortable and clean. We didn't really use the kitchen other than the Keurig and there were pods/creamer provided - a nice touch. I noticed lots of extra towels and bedding in the closets which is nice in the event you need to change the sheets during your stay. The property is easy to find, spacious, clean & has great internet. There is a pool in the complex but we didn't use it and beach access is a mile down the road. It is about 15 minutes to St. Armands and 20 minutes to Anna Maria so great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay and location

The property was as advertised! Pictures were accurate. Cedars East in Longboat Key was a great location for beaches, dining experiences, and they had a perfect pool for lap swimming. Matt and Nicole were easy to get in touch with and responsive to any of our needs which were very little. Highly recommend this for vacations or snow birds!!

Pristine Property

We loved our stay at Matt & Nicole’s property! The townhome is spacious and comfortable for large families. Well stocked with just about anything you could think of needing while your on your vacation. Only minutes away to beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. We felt at home while staying here. Quiet neighborhood too. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the perfectly located property

Nice grounds and property. Having the garage was great. The condo was spacious and it was convenient having the washer and dryer on the second floor with the bedrooms. The owners were wonderful to work with and quick to address a couple of concerns upon checking in.

Clean and comfortable

When weather delayed our arrival, Nicole and Matt generously offered to let us stay another night at no extra charge. The refreshments in the refrigerator upon arrival were a nice welcome.

Family holiday

Matt and Nicole were brilliant with help and any information we needed before and during the stay. The house was excellent and in a great location, a short walk from the beach. The cedars east resort was also great, with excellent facilities (pool is free / tennis extra but a very reasonable price). Overall an unbelievable stay and one that we hope to do again. Regards Joe

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Cedars East! The space is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The pool is nice and a beautiful short walk across the boardwalk to get there. I would say the beach is a bit longer than a short walk. It is about a mile or so down the way. Matt and Nicole were great to work with and had so many things available for us to use (pack and play, high chair, beach chairs, etc .)! A great stay!

April Stay

We booked this property in April for a spring break vacation and it was perfect! Conveniently located, enough space for my family of four to spread out and relax! Aside from the property Matt was fantastic to work with. Quickly responds to messages and easy to talk to. Thank you!! We will definitely be back!

Great location on Longboat Key

This is a great condo located near the beach, great restaurants, parks and shopping. Everything needed for a beach getaway is provided. Matt was quite responsive to the one or two minor problems that arose. One of the most interesting things there is the Murphy bed in the living room which provided extra sleeping accommodations for guests and was very comfortable. We’re already booked for next year!

Absolutely Outstanding!

I cannot express how happy I was when I walked in the door to this place. Not only was it super clean, the location of it on longboat key was amazing! It is within walking distance of a little shopping plaza and within driving distance of Anna Maria without having to drive more than 10 minutes. Overall this is the best rental on this app (in my opinion) and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is planning on visiting florida.

A week At Longboat key.

The place was great. Our only disappointment was the so called private beach . It is literally under water 23 hours a day! Definitely an oversell on that one .

Excellent location on uncrowded LBK

This is the best location for a relaxed Longboat Key vacation. Easy access to tennis, pool, beach. A short walk to uncrowded, beautiful fine white sand beach. Several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. St. ARMAND circle a short drive along Gulf of Mexico Dr. with access to many shops and eateries. You can't beat this location if you want an enjoyable quiet stay. Matt and Nicole are quick to respond to your needs. A great month!

Amazing Stay!!

Literally didn't need to bring anything but our clothes. They had everything we could possibly need for a vacation at the condo. Very spacious and clean. The walk to the beach wasn't that bad, you can get there in less than 5 minutes. Once you make it to the beach, it's beautiful! I would 100% book again with Matt & Nicole. Communication with them was awesome!
