Great Rental

This was by far the nicest and cleanest rental we have found over years in Siesta Key. Great location with easy walking access to the village and beach. Property owner has provided everything needed for enjoying the beach or the pool as well as the property itself. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Everything you need to relax!

This house has everything, modern decor, clean, pool, hot tub, bikes, cooler and friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Really enjoyed our stay. Very nicely maintained house.

Great vacation

The property is beautiful with all the amenities of home. Had a few minor issues and our host, Randy, responded immediately to resolve the problem. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. Super convenient to the village.

Wonderful place to vacation!

This is a perfect place to stay on Siesta Key. Easy walk to village and beach, well equipped with towels, beach toys and carts. We rode two of the many bikes. The pool and hot tub are heated and part of a great outdoor space. Randy is kind and helpful. The house is a wonderful retreat!

Can we live there?

Wonderful vacation and beautiful place. I have been going to Siesta Key for over 30 years and this was by far my favorite week there. This was largely due to this house with its wonderful location and amazing amenities (pool, hot tub). Thanks for letting us stay! We are spoiled now.

Wonderful home in excellent location!

We highly recommend this home. It was super clean and well organized. Truly, it had all the amenities we could think of and more. The location is excellent for walking to the beach. And the pool area made for a fun, relaxing place to hang out, too. The kitchen and grill were excellent for cooking in. But when we didn’t feel like making our own dinner, so many restaurants were an easy walk away. We’d love to book this home again, and again, we recommend highly.

Perfect Vacation Stay!

I was so happy to find Randy's home for our recent vacation. As the other reviews state, it is the perfect location with a short walk to the beach and the main strip containing the restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed! The pool was a blessing for our two kids because when we came back from the beach, the kids could continue playing while the adults relaxed :). We will most definitely be back the next time we are in Sarasota. Randy - thank you so much for providing your home and making our vacation amazing and memorable!

We were looking for a quite place with a pool to relax and enjoy the week. We found it!

The home was just beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the water. We were within walking distance to restaurants and the beach! There were bikes to use a cooler and beach chairs. We did not need to bring anything but ourselves and our food! Randy was very accommodating and if we had any questions, he responded quickly! Feels like home!!

This is an amazing property! Very clean and comfortable that you felt like you were home from the moment you stepped inside. The description is very accurate and everything you could possibly need is available. The beds were excellent and we all slept well all week. The couches were also very comfortable and allowed our family of 5 to sit comfortably for movie nights together. The location is amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just a 2 minute walk to the village and a 10 minute walk to the beach. You didn’t have to drive anywhere, which is a plus because trying to find parking at dinner time in the village can be very trying. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend!!

PERFECT PROPERTY & LOCATION

Randy's place was super clean and had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation. The garage is loaded with bikes, carts and beach accessories, so we never had to buy a thing. We walked to the beach in about 10 minutes with a cart filled with beach essentials. Super easy. Just about every restaurant and shop is within an easy 5-10 minute walk from the house, so the location was perfect. We only used the car once, so you can definitely skip the rental car. I fished in the canal later in the afternoons while the wife took advantage of the pool. Everything was right there for us and we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks Randy! We'll be back. Loved it, hated We had to leave early!

We loved this house! The house is so spacious, living areas are all so big in comparison to others we have rented in Sietsa Key. Loved the pool, loved biking to the beach - especially the bike with the wagon to carry all the chairs. Very well taken care of and the host was very responsive when we had to leave early because of hurricane Ian. We will for sure be back!

Perfect getaway

Out of all my years of renting vacation rentals Randy is by far the best host I’ve ever had. The house was perfect for our summer getaway and had everything we needed to have a great time!

Excellent experience in Siesta Key

Everything was as advertised. Property was in great shape, check-in/check-out was easy. Randy was very responsive with all requests and did his best to help. The property was clean and in a great location. It was a short walk to town center and to the beach. Having the bikes and paddle boards were great. Perfect place for a family to stay. Can't say enough positive things. Thank you.

Great home, perfect location!

My husband and I spent a week here with our toddler. This home is fantastic! Great location to walk to restaurants, coffee, and beach. Our rental car sat in the driveway all week- you don’t need a car here. Home is well appointed with everything you could need and even has bikes in the garage to use. We hope to rent here again! When Halie and I started hosting at our mountain getaway home in 2015, we wanted to create the same enjoyable experience we get when visiting our homes - for our guests.

Through the process of asking for suggestions, make improvements, and learning from other experiences when we travel, we believe we are providing an enjoyable experience for our guests. The constant positive reviews and super host status tell us we are on the right track.

Our favorite part of hosting is reading our guest book and getting personal messages about how great their stay was at our homes. I feel we aren’t just hosting guests rather providing vacation experiences focused on creating lasting memories for you, your families and friends.

The greatest feeling is when a group comes back for a second, third or many more vacation experiences.
