The Space:

The sun glints off the water as you step onto the pool deck, feeling the warm breeze drift through the open‑plan living space. Inside, the modern kitchen invites you to slice fresh fruit while the scent of a nearby grill fills the air. Kids tumble up the bunk frames in Bedroom 2, their laughter echoing off the bright walls. Evenings settle around the fire pit, where the crackle of flames mixes with soft conversation under the stars.



Sleeping arrangements

Four comfortable bedrooms provide restful nights for every guest. Bedroom 2 features six beds arranged in bunk frames, ideal for families or groups traveling together. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with standard beds, each dressed in fresh linens and positioned for privacy.



Outdoor living

A full‑sized pool serves as the centerpiece of the private retreat, surrounded by lounge chairs for sun‑soaked afternoons. The BBQ grill stands ready for al‑fresco meals, while the outdoor dining area offers a place to enjoy them. When the day cools, gather around the fire pit for stories and s’mores.



Kitchen & dining

The bright, open kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with ample counter space and modern appliances. Adjacent dining space flows seamlessly from the kitchen, allowing easy service to the indoor living area or the patio outside.



Work & connectivity

A dedicated home office gives you a quiet spot to catch up on emails or plan the next day’s adventure. High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a smart TV keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.

Just 25 minutes you’ll find the white sands of Pensacola Beach and the historic Naval Aviation Museum, while NAS Pensacola is equally close for a quick visit. A short 30‑minute drive brings you to Perdido Beach, and downtown Pensacola’s lively restaurants and shops are only 15 minutes away, offering plenty of dining and cultural options.

The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.

Other Things to Note:

For everyone’s safety and easy access in case of emergencies, locks on the gates are not permitted. Rest assured, your security and privacy are always our top priority, no one will enter the property without prior notice or your knowledge.



Smoking Policy:

You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.



House Rules & Additional Fees:



🐾 Pet Policy

- Dogs only (Maximum of 2 dogs per stay)

- $99 non-refundable pet fee per stay per pet

- Pets must not be left unattended unless crated

- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

- Please clean up after your pet in the yard

- No noise complaints from neighbors due to pets

- Additional cleaning fees apply if there is pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture

- No cats allowed (Please ask before bringing any other animals)



🎉 Gatherings & Parties

- Large gatherings, parties, or events are NOT allowed

- Quiet hours must be respected (10 PM - 8 AM)

- Unauthorized gatherings may result in immediate cancellation without refund

- The primary guest is responsible for all visitors and any damages caused



🚽 Plumbing & Drain Care

- Do not flush anything that may cause plumbing issues

- Do not pour grease down the drain



📦 Forgotten Personal Items

- Items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery

- Guest pays shipping + $30 handling fee

- Domestic shipping only (no international shipping)



👥 Guest Policy

- Any additional guests must be approved in advance

- Unauthorized extra guests = immediate cancellation without refund + removal from the property

- Unapproved additional guests: $75 per person

- The main guest is responsible for all damages caused by their party



⏰ Late Checkout

- Must be requested and approved in advance

- Up to 2 extra hours for $50 (if available)

- Unapproved late checkout: $60 per hour



🔥 Grill / Propane

- We do not provide propane. Guests are welcome to refill or exchange the tank if they’d like to use the grill.



Please note that propane grills are not designed for charcoal use. A $250 fee will be applied if charcoal is used in a propane grill.



🚭 Cleaning Fees (If Applicable)

- Smoking indoors: $250

(Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please clean up and dispose of cigarette butts properly.)

- Unauthorized parties/large gatherings - $250

- Vomit, bodily fluids, or human/animal waste: $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

- Excessive dirty dishes: $50

- Missing towel: $20 per towel

- Use of charcoal in propane grill - $250
