Welcome to Oceans 5280, a cozy and comfortable Sealoft Village condo perfect for your next Outer Banks escape. This charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of convenience and relaxation, just a short stroll from the community pool and minutes from some of Corolla's most iconic attractions. Located in the peaceful Sealoft Village Condo community, you'll enjoy access to the community pool (right next door - so you can easily keep an eye on the family while they swim!), tennis courts, and a beach walkway that makes it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun and sea breeze.
Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed layout that provides plenty of space for family and friends to unwind. The Middle Level features a King Master Bedroom with a private full bathroom and direct access to a quiet deck, perfect for morning coffee or stargazing. A second Bedroom with Two Twin Beds and the nearby full hallway bathroom make this home great for families.
On the Top Level, the open-concept living space includes a comfy Queen Sleeper Sofa, flat screen Smart TV, and access to a furnished deck for fresh ocean air and al fresco dining.
