My family has been staying in one of the houses in this property for 8 years & we cannot wait to stay again! The house has everything anyone could need & also had some beautiful upgrades with flooring & remodeled bathroom!

A Beach Cottage Delight

We love to stay at this cottage. The location is perfect if you love the beach and good restaurants in walking distance. It has enough space for us all to spread out and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It is our favorite place to spend a week each Summer.

Incredible Beach Stay

My family has been staying on this property each summer since 2018. The owner & property manager are incredibly helpful if needed for any reason (though it’s been rare we’ve needed anything). The house is so cozy & the perfect distance to all the best of ME. We’re counting down the days until our stay next year already!

Great cottage close to a great beach

Spent a wonderful week at Pine Point. This was a great cottage for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Only minor drawback was the small shower, would be perfect if there was also an outside shower. Otherwise this place has everything you could need in a great location.

It was a great time . The weather was great they had chairs to take to the beach. Only thing my sister was in love with the pull out couch said it was the best she ever slept in and it was gone this year .

A great week in paradise!

Just returned from ten beautiful days in Scarborough! The weather couldn’t have been better and it was such a great way to kick off Summer 2025! This was my second time renting this property & I’ve already reserved for next year. The location is ideal! So close to the beach and in such a nice community. The house meets our needs perfectly! The beds and couch are comfy and it’s nice to relax on the deck before and after our days on the beach. The bathroom had been renovated since last summer & the new shower was terrific. Can’t wait to return next summer!!
Another day in paradise! Quiet and beautiful!
My dogs loved hanging out on the deck while I had my coffee each morning!
And, of course, loved their time on beach early each day!

A great house in Pine Point

I loved everything about this house! The house was clean and well-stocked with pretty much anything you could need. It is very comfortable and was very clean when we arrived. I had my dogs with me and they enjoyed great walks on the beach (before 9 AM and after 5 PM) and just hanging on the porch with us. The proximity to the beach is great and also several restaurants are in walking distance. A great find!

Wonderful Getaway

My family has been staying on Pine Point since 2018. We’ve outgrown the cottages previously rented so we booked this home for the extra space. It was wonderful. Had nearly everything anyone could need. It was clean, bright & comfortable. We were walking-minutes from the beach & a short drive to others. It’s an easy ride to multiple outlets for shopping & even shorter ride into Portland for some city time. Couldn’t ask for better!

Wonderful property

This was our second stay at this cottage and every bit as enjoyable this year. It is very well stocked with everything you might need. They think of everything. There was very nice new living room furniture this year (Sunbrella) and the pots and pans looked new (no scratched up nonstick stuff like you usually see). TY for that! Location is awesome. The only negative if I had to pick one is the shower is a pretty small stall. Not bad for a week though.

Quiet and Quaint Getaway Beach Home

If you are looking for a quaint beach home near the ocean, this is the property for you. We spent a week here so we could escape the hustle and bustle of the 'real world.' The host is very nice to open her home to well-behaved dogs, and we always bring our dog along. There is a nice yard on the property that you share with the other two cottages nearby. On a side note, we saved two lost dogs during our stay and reunited them with their owners. One of the lost dogs showed up at the front door of this rental home and was there when we pulled in. We spent an hour trying to find his owner, and luckily we did. We are true dog lovers. Getting back to the property, you get your own parking spot and there's room enough for two cars should you need it. Parking is so convenient and right next to the house. It is a nice neighborhood, we felt very safe, and there was a bag of some snacks with a bottle of wine waiting on the kitchen table on arrival. It made us feel welcome. We had one issue with the property, and the owner rectified it promptly, so we were pleased. If you are looking for a quiet getaway beach house that allows dogs, I recommend this property. P.S. The shower is very tiny, so be aware of this. One person can barely turn around in it. Other than that, the home is roomy.

Excellent location

Easy walk to the beauty beach and local restaurants. Property well maintained, mattress very comfy. Had everything we needed. The property assistant, Theresa was a nice touch. She made us feel very welcome. Even the cleaning staffed checked to see if we needed anything when cleaning the other cottage.

Comfortable and spacious cottage.

Our stay was very enjoyable at this cottage. Clean, comfortable, spacious and close walking distance to the beach. The owner had a host greet us to provide contact information for an issues occurring during the week and we were left a gift basket which was very welcoming. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Overall a terrific renting experience. Would have booked again in 2023 but its already reserved! Thanks for having us this year!

Wonderful week to relax

The property was close to a beautiful beach, several seafood restaurants we tried and main roads. The property manager was quick to address the few issues with the house we encountered and the weather was great. Very nice vacation

Perfect Family Vacation House

Debbie’s property was perfect for our first family vacation with our one year old son! We brought our dog with us and had my parents stay a few nights with us. The house slept four adults perfect and our son had his pack n play set up in the second bedroom. The yard allowed us to hang out outside after the beach, but did want to note it is shared by the other two cottages so just bring a leash for your dog! The walk to the beach was less than five minutes and made it the perfect commute with a toddler who needed to go back mid day for his nap. The beach was also dog friendly up until 9am, so even the dog got to go out and play in the water! We absolutely loved this property and the beach and cannot wait to go back next year!

fabulous restaurants and gift stores just steps from your door, beach is just a short walk as well as the dock for fishing boating and just enjoying the bay. Every Thursday night you can walk to the beach and enjoy the fireworks from the Pier at Old Orchard Beach
