Adorable, and recently renovated 1 bed/ 1 bath with new eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room and spacious bedroom. Side yard with picnic table, grill, grass and parking for 2 cars. Close to great seafood restaurants, Old Orchard Beach Pier and Portland. The cottage sits adjacent to the main house (VRBO 1988567) and can be combined for larger families. The combined space totals over 2000 square feet, 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths.

Sea-clusion was perfect for our needs. We loved walking to the beach every day to walk/run on the beautiful beach at low tide. The A/C worked great! The bed is relatively comfortable. There is a smaller full size refrigerator (not pictured) that we were happy to have and the grill came in handy. The neighborhood is lovely with a few restaurants within walking distance. We mostly visited family and did some sight seeing but if we would have had more beach time, beach chairs would be nice addition. The owner was great to communicate with before our stay and we didn't need anything during our stay. We would definitely book this cute cottage again!

Little gem

Wonderfully compact, minimalist cottage, with everything we wanted for a relaxed vacation. A wonderful puzzle. Good books.We needed the A/C one day. It is quiet and effective. There are 2 units, in the bedroom and the living room.The gas grill worked very well. The kitchen was well equipped.Lots of convenient hooks, to hang stuff.The beach is indeed a few minutes away on foot.

We have stayed here multiple times. It's a great little cottage. As others have said ,the bathroom is small but sufficient. The location is perfect, quick walk to the beach and The Bait Shed. Jason is very responsive if anything is needed.

Very Nice Stay

We loved staying here. 2 minute walk to closest beach entrance. Maybe 4 minute walk to beach with restrooms, showers and snack bar. No parking worries! Also very short walk to a couple quite good restaurants. This is an excellent location in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood.As another guest mentioned, the bathroom is quite small. Other than that the cottage was very cute, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute cottage in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed for about a week at this property and loved it! It was just enough room for us two, and we loved having the option to cook meals in the kitchen if we didn’t feel like going out. The house is a short walk to a nice quiet beach, and is super close to all of the fun of Old Orchard, Portland, and other nice places to walk around at. I’d say the only knock is that the bathroom is super tiny, and may be hard to navigate if you are a larger/curvier person, but that personally wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

Tiny house

Very nice little house. That being said, the house was good for us as we weren’t there much, but if you plan on spending a lot of time in the house it is small, the bathroom is made for small people. I would recommend this listing as the host is very quick to respond and very pleasant and helpful.

Tiny bungalow near the beach.

Nice little bungalow. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The shower may be too small for large people. A flexible shower head would help.

Super convenient

Our little cabin was just right for the two of us! Comfortable.. clean, and super convenient to everything! The walk to the beach takes about 3 minutes! The neighborhood was crazy quiet!! We could actually hear the ocean waves from the front yard. Would definitely stay again if it is just the two of us!

wonderful!

we love this cottage! We walk down the street to a path lined with trees which opens up to the ocean.The cottage. is clean, the kitchen is equipped with all you need; it is well taken care of.There is a side yard with a picnic table and grill.It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood . This is our second time here and we’re coming back next year. Jason is a great host and very accommodating. Thanks Jason for sharing your place with us!

Family Beach Week

We booked both the cottage and the house for our family to stay. This gave us plenty of room for 8 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. This is the second year we have booked this property. The beach is a 3 minute walk and the neighborhood is quiet. Jason is a very responsive host and we have been pleased with the communication.

very cozy place. everything I needed, oven, stove top, fridge/freezer, TV room with comfortable couch, WIFI/streaming TV chanels, comfy bed for 2 adults, good storage closets and dresser in bed room, Tiny bathroom but all I needed, nice picnic area on side yard, 4 min. walk to Pine Point Beach and .2 miles to the public boat launch. very convenient restaurants within mins. drive. Very quite neighborhood.....No traffic! I would absolutely rent again. Good communication from property manager also!

Sweet little Cottage great location, gorgeous beach, Very helpful and humorous instruction Manual! couple things: please replace shower head and plastic shower curtain~ The fabric ones are so much nicer, especially in a smaller shower. And clean kitchen mat☺️

Nice little cottage that was perfect for two people at a much better price than local hotels. Easy walk to the beach and local seafood joints and short drive into Portland. Property was clean and host communicated promptly.

Scarborough Maine beach house

The property is conveniently located to the beach and a number of good restaurants. It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I would highly recommend for one or two people.

Great Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful time! The host was great and communicative. This house is located in a summer-only town, and we were there just after the season ended-meaning if you are looking for socialization and/or food, prepare for a 15+ min drive into Scarborough, which is plenty reasonable, and I did not have a bad meal the entire time. Had a great time and hope to return!

Disappointing

The location of the property is convenient, but I can’t recommend staying here. I think the owner could have done much more to make this place more comfortable and inviting. The bed, bedding, couch and glassware are substandard.
