Discover this charming 2-bed gem in Waynesville, The Gateway to the Smokies. This open floor plan Cottage has a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed as well as a Hideaway Loft with access from the Living Room. The Loft is furnished with a Double bed with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With a European Bathroom, Heating, AC, WiFi and a Washing machine and Dryer, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We think our place will help you experience everything the Smoky Mountains has to offer!

You understand that no children under 12 are allowed to climb up the Sleeping Loft without adult supervision. Children over 12 as well as adults understand that the responsibility and liability of climbing up and down the Ladder to the Sleeping Loft is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from either access or egress from the Sleeping Loft.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from either access or egress from the Sleeping Loft. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that by agreeing to the house rules, it constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

This was a beautiful place in the best location! We loved the bath tub and shower but beware the hot water will run out if you get too lost in the spa experience. It was the best place to rest our weary hiking bones!

We had a wonderful time! The bathroom was our favorite part! Double showers and a huge tub! It was close to town and there were some cute littleShops and places to eat! Check in and check out were seamless!

The host was easy to communicate with and always replied promptly. The property is very clean, everything is new! If you are looking for a property to stay in Waynesville and very close to it's several restaurants then this is the place you want.

This home is PERFECT. If I could rent it for a few months at a time, I would. The location is walkable to Waynesville’s bustling downtown. The home is spotless (and uses organic cleaning products), the bathroom is lovely, there’s a washer/dryer… the home has everything you need. It’s cozy and just the right amount of space. It’s decorated so well, I even messaged the owner to find out where they got the duvet on the bed. It was beautiful! The bathroom is a spa-like experience every day. We are remodeling our master bathroom and will likely use the same tile, as a matter of fact.We’ll definitely stay here again, Thank you for your lovely home!!

Pleasant Stay

The cottage was exactly as pictured, so there were no surprises. Located close to town, it was easy to get around, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Beautifully decorated and furnished, and everything was comfortable and cozy. The little extra touches (the tree lights, the soft blankets, the toiletries) really made this place special. We will definitely book again!

Simple Pleasures

I came to attend a festival in Waynesville, and was so happy to have found this spot (though a little nervous because it didn’t have many reviews). Instructions were simple and the space offered everything advertised plus some. I enjoyed the many ways I could have my coffee in the morning, and ambience the porch gives in the evening with solar lights around the property. My best memory of this trip is sitting outside on the porch during a rainstorm, just listening to the rain and the cool breeze. Second would be the beautiful tub and HOT shower I so welcomed after a day of being in classes and walking fairgrounds. This is a great spot for a couple, but it would be tight for anyone else. Bed is firm (something I prefer). My only suggestion is to have something that explains the various remotes. I’m not a tech person, and there are remotes that are well marked, just not explained. I’d still return to this space in a heartbeat as I enjoyed the simple pleasures this space offers.

We have been vacationing in WNC for over 20 years and finally decided it was time to make the move. It has been a tremendous struggle to get to this point, but we are so grateful. We always make time to play and absolutely love traveling and getting to know the local hangs!

Waynesville is an adorable little town that celebrates life with music and festivals year round. It's just a fun town and something is always going on. The people around here are kind and generous and always willing to help. The location is 30 min west of Asheville.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The cottage is less than a 10 min walk to downtown. Lovely restaurants with elevated farm to table experiences. What's great about this cottage, is that one car hear the music drifting up through the mountains from downtown. It's a relaxing and enchanting space to unwind from every day worries.
