Master Bedroom: Spacious king bed, EnSite bathroom, and direct access to the back patio with a private pool and spa.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed, Wi-Fi TV, and ceiling fan.
This home is designed for ultimate relaxation after a day of hiking, biking, or golfing and whatever your have planned in the desert.

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including a private pool and spa for your exclusive use. Relax and enjoy your stay!
Guests will have access to the entire property. Private pool and spa to use by only you. Just FYI our pool maintenance crew comes on Wednesday and Saturday for a short time to clean and inspect.
We do have a few housecleaning and owners cabinets not accessible as they have labels and locks on them.
The community will consist of 18 homes upon completion.
Currently, 8 homes are finished, with some still vacant. It is a peaceful neighborhood with minimal traffic. While some nearby construction may be visible, the overall atmosphere remains quiet.
Getting around Bermuda Dunes is simple. Driving is the best option, with easy access to main roads and plenty of parking. Sun-Line Transit offers affordable bus service to nearby areas. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available for short trips. While not as walkable as Palm Springs, biking is possible in some areas. Many residents use golf carts for local travel, and some communities provide private shuttle services.
This home is in a new development: There is some ongoing construction nearby, so you may experience occasional noise or minor disturbances. However, the community remains quiet with minimal traffic.
