We do have a few housecleaning and owners cabinets not accessible as they have labels and locks on them. The community will consist of 18 homes upon completion. Currently, 8 homes are finished, with some still vacant. It is a peaceful neighborhood with minimal traffic. While some nearby construction may be visible, the overall atmosphere remains quiet. Getting around Bermuda Dunes is simple. Driving is the best option, with easy access to main roads and plenty of parking. Sun-Line Transit offers affordable bus service to nearby areas. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are available for short trips. While not as walkable as Palm Springs, biking is possible in some areas. Many residents use golf carts for local travel, and some communities provide private shuttle services.
