This elegantly appointed five-bedroom / 4.5 bathroom home offers serenity, comfort, and style — complete with a private pool, peaceful surroundings, and effortless access to iconic destinations like Tanglewood, Mass MoCA, The Norman Rockwell Museum, premier ski resorts, and acclaimed dining experiences.

The house is situated on a row of historic mansions near Rt. 7 which takes you directly to tourist locations and towns. Large grassy properties with trees offer quiet from all the neighbors. A short drive or walk to the town center with bars, theaters, and restaurants.

As guests of The Manor, you can access the first and second floor - living room, study, sun room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor spaces as well as the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms.

In the summer, you will have access to a private pool as well as grounds.

There is access to laundry through the kitchen.

The Manor’s spacious interior offers a warm and welcoming layout, featuring a cozy living room, an elegant dining area, a charming library, and a sun-drenched porch — perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals with ease.

Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed with plush Nectar mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Three bedrooms include en suite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort, while the twin trundle room and two full-size bedroom share a beautifully outfitted bath featuring a luxurious jacuzzi tub.

Outside, you'll find a sparkling pool surrounded by lush greenery, providing the perfect spot to cool off on a hot summer day. Whether you're lounging by the pool, reading a book on the porch, or grilling up a feast on the outdoor BBQ, you'll love the tranquil atmosphere of this secluded property.

Located in the heart of the Berkshires, this house is just a short drive away from some of the area's best attractions, including Tanglewood, the Norman Rockwell Museum, and the Mass MoCA. With so much to see and do in the surrounding area, you'll never run out of things to keep you entertained.

If you’re seeking a serene and rejuvenating escape in the heart of the Berkshires, this spacious manor — complete with a private pool — offers the perfect setting for your next unforgettable getaway.

There is a long driveway and we suggest parking on the side of the house for easy access to the interior. Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to explore the Berkshires effectively.

PETS: Small dogs allowed with owner approval, no dogs under 2 years old. Please reach out for owner approval on the dog prior to booking. No multiples. $100 fee will be applied if approved.

POOL: The pool is open seasonally from May through October, with exact opening and closing dates determined by weather conditions.

- From June 1st through Labor Day, the pool is heated to a comfortable 82°F at no additional cost. Guests who wish to maintain a higher temperature may do so for an additional fee, please reach out to us directly. 

- Pool heating may also be available, but not guaranteed, in May and after Labor Day for an additional charge of $150 per day.
To ensure the pool is ready upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you notify us in advance if you plan to have the pool heated.

- If you wish to heat the pool above the standard 82°F provided between June 1 and Labor Day, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm pricing and arrange for the higher temperature setting.

PARKING: Circular, private driveway can fit multiple cars

Please note: The Manor is a charming historic home with unique character. While there is no central air conditioning, each bedroom is equipped with either a window unit or a mini split system for your comfort — with the exception of the twin trundle room.

**Your reservation includes a $20 insurance fee to cover any accidental damage during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. If any damage does occur, please let us know so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
