Nuestro condominio de lujo de dos dormitorios y dos baños se encuentra en la parte superior de dos pisos. Se mantiene con amor y domina el lago Amelia en la comunidad cerrada de Falling Waters. Situado en Davis Boulevard, el complejo está bellamente ajardinado con la piscina más grande en el suroeste de Florida y 2 canchas de tenis disponibles para que los huéspedes disfruten.

Decorado con buen gusto y magníficamente equipado con muchas mejoras en todo, el condominio ofrece vistas tranquilas al bosque y al lago desde el lanai con azulejos completamente seleccionados con muebles de patio de lujo y cocina al aire libre y barbacoa. El dormitorio principal con cama king-size y baño en-suite tiene puertas correderas a la terraza. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y baño contiguo con bañera.

También hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Los techos de las catedrales agregan volumen y amplitud a la sala de estar. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis y también hay un área de desayuno contigua a la cocina totalmente equipada. Para su comodidad, hay aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, y la puerta principal está protegida para permitir que entre más luz y aire al condominio.

WONDERFUL!

We're Seniors from Massachusetts who just enjoyed the month of April in this terrific condo. It was very comfortable and spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything you could possibly need was right at your finger tips. We loved eating meals on the huge lanai with kitchen and sat for many hours reading, relaxing and enjoying the view of the lake with fountain. We can't say enough of how accommodating and delightful the owners are!!! They were quick to respond to e-mails - whether about the booking process, details about the condo complex or just answering any questions - we didn't have to worry about anything. Hope to return in the future.

Home from home

This was our first VBRO booking as well as our first experience visiting this lovely condo and we can’t believe how lucky we were. Prior to our arrival, the owners, Sue and Jan, were helpful, efficient and reliable, which gave us confidence. When we arrived, we were absolutely delighted with what we saw! The condo was spotlessly clean and in every way exceeded our expectations. We particularly liked the sense of a home away from home, as it was very comfortable and it had everything you could possibly need and more. Every day I could be heard to say” I can’t believe that they actually thought about that too!” The view from the lanai meant we spent many peaceful and relaxed evenings there. This too was well furnished and equipped for outdoor cooking. We didn’t know what a lanai was until we booked, but we especially enjoyed sitting out there! We had a wonderful time and thoroughly recommend this condo.

Search no more!!! THIS is the condo for you!!!

This is the second year we have spent a month at Sue and Jan's condo. When we were looking for a condo at Falling Waters, we first looked through the photos to see which condo looked comfortable and attractive. THEN we read the reviews. Every single review was glowing in its praise of the condo and the owners. And there was an abundance of repeat renters. We were "sold". And we weren't disappointed. This condo has everything you could possibly want and the owners are marvellous to deal with and really want you to enjoy your visit. We will be back!

Just wonderful!!!!

What else can I write?? In all the other reviews everything is said already!!!!! This was our 10th stay in Falling Waters and this condo was one of the best we experienced! It was very clean and so cozy. So beautiful furnished and very light! But the "careness" and kindness of the owners made it so special compared to the other ones. It has everything you need to make it an unforgetable vacation, even pool equipment, beach umbrellas and chairs etc!!! We`ll definitely be back, hopefully next summer!!!! Falling Waters Condo

We have stayed in condos Various locations in Naples in the past 10 years and this one is by far the best. It has always been in top condition every time we have been there.The owners are very helpful with any enquiry that i have ever made and their location manager is always on hand for any advice you may need about the amenities of location. Weel worth a visit and thanks for letting us stay there.

Home away from home.

We have stayed in condos both in Fort Myer’s Beach and in Orlando and we have found your condo to be truly a home away from home. It is very warm, inviting and relaxing. During our month stay in January, we made great friends (who in fact will be returning in January 2014 as well). The people are extremely friendly and the events that are planned during the months are very well run and a lot of fun. Falling Waters is a quiet and safe community which we really enjoy. Mein Freund und Ich waren im September für 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Sue und Jan. Wir haben uns super wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt, alles war vorhanden von Küchenutensilien bis Waschmittel und alles war sehr sauber. Sue und Jan waren zu jeder Zeit für uns da ( schneller E-mail Kontakt und sogar ein Willkommensanruf am Anreisetag!), was vor allem super war, da wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben. Auch vor Ort in der Anlage gab es eine zusätzliche Ansprechpartnerin. Diese Ferienwohnung ist der perfekte Ort zum Urlaub machen und zum Entspannen (vor allem am großen Pool)! Cosy Condo

How nice it was to come back! The condo of Sue and Jan is a beautiful place to stay at because of its great location - view onto Amelia Lake with its nice fountain - , its very elegant and tasteful furniture - a large, built-in wardrobe and lanai with grill facilities -, and its practical equipment - everything you need for the beach, bikes, wifi. The owners are very helpful and attentive for their guests and we enjoyed our second stay even more than the first one last year.

Falling Waters

My husband and I spent an absolute wonderful month at this condo in Falling Waters. The owners were most gracious and anticipated anything and everything that a renter would need for an extended stay in a home away from home. They seemed to have anticipated all that would make guests comfortable. The layout, the kitchen and the extended rooms had everything that we needed. We truly loved the location, the weather , the pool area, and the wonderful friendly people that surrounded us. We would recommend this location to anyone who is interested in this type of winter escape. We know that we will return.

Wonderful condo

Our month in your lovely condo flew by. The weather was gorgeous, your location is perfect, and you have wonderful, friendly neighbors. We have rented many homes before, but yours is the BEST. The lanai is such an added bonus. We had many relaxing meals out there. Anyone renting this home will not be disappointed. We have already booked for next year! The owners are also very easy to do business with. Everything about this condo is a pleasure.

Loved it !

This is not the usual rental condo, this is a Home where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Everything you need is provided. Even down to beach chairs & sun brolly, which we found invaluable. We absolutely loved it and wholeheartedly recommend it. Falling Waters is a real bonus, it's fabulous pool with plenty of sun loungers is just a short walk away where you have tennis & boca courts. There is plenty going on should you wish to join in. A very friendly and secure place. Naples is so beautiful with wonderful places to eat out and beaches which must rank with the very best. Can't wait to come back..

We -a family of 4 Persons with 2 teenaged girls- enjoyed all of our four stays in the Condo of Sue and Jan. It was very easy to do business with the owners. The condo is very clean, well equipped, well furnished, you`ll find everything you need. It is well located for the beach, numerous restaurants and shops. Beautiful Condo

My family has stayed in this delightful condo on three separate occasions. It is a real delight in rental accommodation. It feels like a real home from home, with everything you could wish for, especially if you decide to cook rather than go out. It is a really stylish condo, beautifully laid out and tastefully decorated. The pool on this development is by far the best we have experienced in 14 years of visiting Florida. The owner has always been more than helpful and friendly and has given us many tips for restaurants and activities.If you can drag yourself away from the pool we would highly recommend Clam Pass Beach, north from Falling Waters on US 41.There is easy access to the wonderful downtown Naples with its smart shopping and dining area. What more could you ask for?

.Wonderful stay and are returning

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Falling Waters....as a matter of fact, we are returning for another two month stay. Everything that it said it was and more. Clean, well kept, and the grill on the lani was the best!!. Enjoyed cooking out there. Easy access to 75, the beaches, 5th Ave. and all the fine restaurants in the area. Just a great place. And the owners are very helpful. Just a great, friendly place to be when away from home.

Falling Waters Best Kept Secret

This is, 'The Jewel In The Crown' we have stayed in this condo 5 times and it just gets better. Extremely well furnished and immaculately maintained. Anyone booking this condo will not be disappointed.
