Step into an open-concept living and dining space featuring stylish furnishings and ambient LED lighting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each bedroom offers a cozy escape, with one showcasing large windows and stunning nighttime city views, complemented by elegant wood accents.



The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed, accent chair, coffee table, and a 65” Smart TV with Netflix—perfect for unwinding after a long day.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed with a premium foam mattress, a 50” Smart TV with Netflix, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace. Its en-suite bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, along with fresh towels and essential toiletries.



The second bedroom offers two full-size beds with high-quality foam mattresses, a walk-in closet, bedside lamps, and a 50” Smart TV. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and complimentary toiletries is conveniently located nearby.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and kettle, along with all necessary cookware, utensils, and dining essentials—making it easy to enjoy meals at home.

Pets are welcome depending on their size—just be sure to inform us ahead of time to avoid any cancellations. A cleaning fee applies for each pet:

- **1–4 Nights:** $35 per night

- **5–29 Nights:** $250 total

- **30+ Nights:** $400 total



Guest verification is required prior to check-in and may include:

- A valid government-issued photo ID

- Confirmation of contact details

- Identity verification via our secure portal

- In some cases, a background check



All information is used solely for verification purposes and will not be stored or used otherwise.



Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement and agree to the following:

- Abide by all terms and conditions

- Provide valid ID before arrival

- Complete a background check if requested

- Finalize the verification process to receive check-in details



Verification must be completed within **24 hours of booking** (or **1 hour for same-day bookings**). Failure to do so may result in cancellation.



Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



For your safety, the property features security cameras in shared hallways and a Minut device inside the unit to monitor noise levels.



A $59 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.
