Pool was great to have. Unit has been recently renovated and very clean. We did cook a lot and kitchen was well stocked.

Robert is a SUPER responsive host and very accommodating!!!! About the unit: we loved being able to open the doors for a big cross breeze, and we loved the in-house laundry set up. The kitchen was fully equipped (even though we broke a plate!) and the closets had plenty of sheets and towels. 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sliding glass door would not lock. Key missing from front door. Remote for bedroom blinds missing. Washer molded but house furnished with nicely with towels. Does have beach view from side but not ocean front, you have to go outside to see ocean. Mater bed very high not good for older people.

The previous guest pulled on the electronic shades and caused them to misalign and not move. They also broke the lock mechanism. The spare keys were left in the kitchen drawer and not returned to the realtor box. We immediately rectified these issues as they weren’t reported to us at the time by the previous guest. The washer has no mold. The cleaner runs a cleaning pack between every rental and wipes out the gaskets with Lysol wipes. There is very clearly an ocean view from both living room and bedroom as the pictures show.
