Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



Examples of vehicles that will be turned away include:



1. Cars with breathalyzer devices, makeshift or faulty controls, or defective brakes.

2. Large vehicles – including sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10-passenger vehicles or larger, or anything exceeding the height limit of 6'8".

3. Dually trucks or service trucks with very wide wheels, lockers, or containers (too difficult to maneuver in the garage).

4. Vehicles that are lifted aftermarket or have custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles with non-car-type controls.



Pets are allowed depending on their size. Please notify us in advance if you're planning to bring a pet to avoid any complications. Additional cleaning fees apply as follows:



- $35 per night per pet for stays of 1-4 nights

- $250 per pet for stays of 5-29 nights

- $400 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more



We are not responsible for any maintenance or repair issues within the building.

- Complete our verification process

- Possibly undergo a background check

**Note:** Surveillance cameras are located in the hallways for security, and a Minut device monitors noise levels inside the unit.



Each stay includes a $49 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
