1. Guest Verification & Rental Agreement

To receive your check-in instructions, all guests must complete the following steps:



Identity Verification: Submit a valid, government-issued photo ID and confirm your contact details through our secure portal.



Background Check: A standard background check may be required in some cases. (Rest assured, your data is used strictly for screening purposes and is never stored or shared for any other reason).



Rental Agreement: Digitally sign our rental agreement to formally accept our property policies.



2. Strict Completion Timeframes

To avoid automated cancellation of your reservation, verification must be completed within:



⏱️ Standard Bookings: Within 24 hours of securing your reservation.



⚡ Same-Day Bookings: Within 1 hour of securing your reservation.



3. On-Site Security & Noise Monitoring

For the safety and peace of mind of our guests and neighbors, the property features:



Hallway Surveillance: Active security cameras are located in the building hallways.



Noise Monitoring: A smart Minut device is installed inside the unit. It measures volume decibels only and does not record audio or video.



4. Accidental Damage Protection



A non-refundable $85 damage protection fee is automatically included with every reservation. This comprehensively covers up to $150 in accidental property damage during your stay.



Pets are allowed depending on their size; please inform us in advance and disclose if you plan to bring a pet to avoid any potential cancellation. There is an additional cleaning fee per pet:



- Stays of 1-4 nights: $35 per night per pet

- Stays of 5-29 nights: $250 per pet

- Stays of 30 nights or more: $400 per pet
