Newly remodeled 2bd/2ba Cottage directly across the street from Pro Shop, pools, Restaurant/bars, practice green, and driving range. Breathtaking views from every direction. Lake access to Lake of the Ozarks: Golf AND Lake life!
This cottage boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 2 new twin XL beds in each. The cozy living room features an additional high end queen inflatable mattress bed for extra comfort. Guests can unwind in the peaceful atmosphere of this marvelous property, complete with a new electric heat-producing fireplace, new TVs in each room with free YouTubeTV, Echo Show for music and entertainment, large outside 4-burner stainless grill, very comfortable screened in patio with hanging egg chairs, small indoor putting green and a TV. A walk across the street you will find the pro shop, Hook Cafe and the Trophy room Bar and Grill. Rounding out all the activities and offerings is pickle ball, fitness room, outdoor pool area and basketball. We are Maren and Dave Scharf. We permanently live in Urbandale, Iowa, but find ourselves spending more and more time here in Missouri. We have 5 grown children and 3 grandbabies (so far). We find our home at Old Kinderhook relaxing, stress free and a place to re-energize. We love Old Kinderhook and all the amenities. We enjoy opening up this this home at Old Kinderhook so that we can share its charm and all it has to offer with others. We hope you enjoy your stay and build memories that last a lifetime.

We have been in this area for nearly 25 years and find it to be calming and quiet. It is truly hard to put into words how you feel when staying in an area where you are accepted and living in the midst of nature and beauty.

Our beautifully updated cottage retreat is new in all categories. New flooring, new fireplace, new furniture, new beds, new TVs throughout with TVs in every room. Very tastefully decorated with a fun golf theme.
No detail is too small when creating a rental environment. From the beds to bedding to spices, decor, TVs, iron/board, hair dryer, shampoos, complimentary streaming TV service (YouTube TV), and much more. We like creating an atmosphere that we would truly love to stay in. We use VRBO as well and love to travel.
