Esta es una casa de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño con capacidad para 4 personas. Ideal para un grupo de amigos o una familia pequeña. También es ideal para una escapada en pareja a un precio de ganga. Ubicado en la colina mirando hacia la imponente vista de la Bahía de Monterey; Esta unidad está en un complejo tranquilo y generalmente privado. Este alquiler de un solo nivel está bien decorado, bien cuidado y completamente amueblado.

Una habitación tiene una cama king con vista al mar y TV con DVD. La segunda habitación tiene una cama queen y una vista de la compleja piscina. Ambas habitaciones tienen puertas privadas al baño, que está equipado con una bañera.

Entras en una luminosa sala de estar con amplias vistas de la bahía y del famoso Cement Ship. También hay una chimenea de gas y TV de pantalla plana con DVD. La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos para un grupo de amigos y familiares. Tres taburetes se sientan en el bar de la cocina que dan a la cocina totalmente amueblada; Una excelente configuración para entretener, socializar y relajarse. Para ver mejor las vistas, puede subir a la terraza privada ubicada justo al lado de la sala de estar. Aquí tendrá que usar una barbacoa y asientos al aire libre. Tendrá acceso a la piscina y tendrá 2 lugares de estacionamiento privados fuera de la calle. La casa tiene lavadora y secadora.

La casa está convenientemente ubicada cerca de una conocida tienda de delicatessen (Pixie Deli), cafetería, tienda de conveniencia y restaurante de alta gama (Cafe Rio). ¡También se encuentra a 2 millas de supermercados, restaurantes, cines, estaciones de servicio, campos de golf, canchas de tenis y mucho más!

The view from the deck was stunning! I couldn’t avast for a better setting.

We stayed at this condo in August and the highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to see whales right from the balcony, which made the trip unforgettable. The location was convenient, and overall the space had good potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, there were some drawbacks. The condo didn’t provide beach towels or boogie boards, which would have been a nice touch considering the setting. The bigger issue was that we noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and made the space feel less clean than we would have liked.If the owners address the bathroom issue and add some basic amenities for beach use, this could easily be a five-star spot. As it stands, the views are amazing, but the details could use some attention.

We’d like to clarify a couple of items for future guests: our check-in information and listing details note that beach towels are not included. Guests are always welcome to call us prior to arrival if they would like to know whether boogie boards or beach accessories are available in the home, or if they’d like recommendations on where to rent or purchase them nearby. Regarding your concern about mold, we want to reassure future guests that there is no mold in the property. Our housekeeping team and long-term housekeeper take great pride in maintaining the condo in excellent condition, and we’ve confirmed that the home is clean and fresh. We truly appreciate your comments and are happy you enjoyed your stay by the ocean.

See fabulous ocean sunsets from this condo!

This 2 bedroom condo was comfortable and clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and even baking sheets. It is up on a hill, and the ocean views are fabulous. One can sit at the dining table and watch the sun set over the ocean, which I did on several evenings. I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean waves from the bedroom I slept in. There is one dedicated parking space very close to the condo. The property managers were very friendly and responsive when I needed some help figuring out how to get the gas fireplace going, which was nice as it can get a bit chilly in Aptos in Jan. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, also, which I used. I loved my stay here!

We spent most of our time gazing at the ocean and beach. We saw 4 dolphins and a hawk landed on the bannister right in front of us. The kitchen and bath could use some updating. Small pool right near the condo. Parking covered right nearby. Very well supplied kitchen. Bring your own condiments.

Beautiful location

Loved the easy parking and proximity to the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped. Some electrical outlets were loose and the carpeting need cleaning. Overall a nice stay.

The condo is exactly as it's advertised. Dated but very functional. Convenient parking, right on near the beach and good food near buy. We are very happy with our stay and will be back.
