Currently available for stays of 14 nights or more. Feel right at home in your 2 Bed 2 Bath condo in the heart of Palm Springs, in the iconic Sunrise Racquet Club! This fully furnished unit comes equipped with a washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen for your convenience. Enjoy the security of a gated community along with access to 6 community pools and spas, tennis/pickleball courts and indoor racquetball courts courts. This community is an inclusive, friendly and fun group of folks. A driveway and garage included so you never have to worry about parking and there are 2 bicycles available for use. Walking distance to grocery stores and pharmacy, and less than 2 mile walk to downtown. Located close to restaurants, hospitals, shopping, and downtown Palm Springs, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Primary bedroom is large and has an en-suite bathroom, dedicated computer desk and offers mountain views through a slider with access to back patio. The back patio has lounge furniture, firepit and a short wall to keep small pets inside. The second bedroom has a queen bed, small work desk, closet space and private slider out to front patio which includes a gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and couch.
Our condo is located in the highly desirable Sunrise Racquet Club (SRC), close to all major sights and within walking distance of hospitals, shopping areas, restaurants, and bars. SRC houses 196 condo units on 47 beautiful acres. Enjoy the spectacular mountain views and the gated 47-acre complex with amenities of community use fruit trees, 6 heated pools and spas, 7 tennis/pickleball courts and more. Up to 2 dogs allowed (sorry no cats).

We are digital nomads and travel most of the year, but spend about 4 months at this condo, when we don't have it rented out. We also have a small cabin in Colorado where we spend our summers. My husband is an electrical engineer specializing in avionics, and I am a semi-retired educator who does professional development consulting for schools and organizations.

We fell in love with Palm Springs when we were travelling full time and we think you will love it too! We love to walk downtown for dinner/drinks, relaxing in our community pools, playing golf and socializing. We also enjoy our nomadic camping adventures which allow us to share our lovely home, inclusive community and fabulous city with other travelers looking for a home away from home.
