Host was very responsive. We stayed for a wrestling tournament so we were not in the home much but it was just as advertised. I only wish there was a coffee pot.

The amenities were not very well maintained & the area was questionable to us. We didn't stay at all. We walked through & did NOT feel safe/comfortable there. Not sure if hosts are allowed to live in the rental, but the mailman was dropping off mail while we were there. There were shoes on the porch, & the yard had not been maintained either.

I enjoyed my stay everything was near by no problems checking in only thing I was looking for tv and it had a projector screen that was okay but I wish there was a charger for the speaker to hear the TV overall everything else was nice I would stay again

We were in town to watch a few spring training games in Lakeland, FL. The house was quite ideal for us as we spent more time away than we did there. For starters, the bedrooms were very nice and provided a comfortable night's sleep for us. Bathrooms were updated and are very nice, too. The house is very simple, with no extra frills here. We didn't need the frills, but this could be an issue for others depending on their needs. For example, the backyard is beautiful and provides a gorgeous view of the sunset, yet there were no lawn chairs that we could find. So we just stood there and watched. A missed opportunity for sure.Another issue that puzzled me is that the unit is listed to sleep 6 people, yet there are only 4 sets of silverware. I think with very little investment, this house can be an awesome place to stay. I can only give a 4 out of 5-star rating at this time. Invest just a bit more for the guests, and this place is a must-stay. A coffee maker is a great place to start.All the best to Duy. A great communicator and a pleasure to do business with.

Uniquely older home full of surprises

I had no idea what I rented until my last day. It’s a pretty older home, we were a little spooked at first but eventually focused only on the positive. We drove by three times before finding it. The home is solar powered which was interesting There is not a tv in any room. The bed my husband and I slept is an adjustable bed. There is nothing to watch other than YouTube… The neighborhood is not desirable, we heard loud cars playing music all through the night. My husband got no sleep because people constantly walk the streets. He was in protective mode. There are mini splits in each room. We just decided to focus on our purpose which was taking our grandkids to LegoLand. I would rent this place as a solitude to get away.
