Located just a stone's throw away, less than a quarter mile or a 5-minute walk, you'll find the nearest lake and a public boat ramp. It's a perfect spot for water enthusiasts or those seeking a tranquil lakeside retreat. Situated on a corner lot, our home offers picturesque views of the community and the lively main street.

Convenience is key here, as we're only a short 15-minute drive from popular attractions like Legoland and Peppa Pig World. Additionally, the Polk Parkway is a mere 12-minute drive away, ensuring easy access to other destinations in the area.
