Welcome to Hamilton, Ohio located in Butler County that is part of the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. Hamilton is the county seat and is the second most populous city in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. It is located 20 miles north of downtown Cincinnati along the Great Miami River. Hamilton is very close to the main attractions of Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum, Hamilton Lane Library, History Museums, Spooky Nook, and many restaurants and department stores.

A blend of comfort and style greets you as you enter our newly remodeled ranch home. We have worked hard to create a home away from home feeling for our guests. The open-concept floor design allows room for many guests. Everyone in your group will have room to mingle and relax.

The living area successfully combines the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the home. Any smoking/vaping evidence will result in an additional fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Before booking with us, please review our standard house rules.

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking or vaping allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is permitted.
• This is a pet friendly home, however, we require a $100 per pet per 30 days of your reservation.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10 pm - 7 am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 4 pm and 10 am, repectively.
• As a concierge service and if available, we allow an early check-in for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
• Also if available, we offer a late check out service for a nominal fee of $50 per hour.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we have the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest, per day of the reservation.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages to the home.
