This is a walk-out rambler style home with a 2nd story loft. There are 4 exterior steps to enter the home into the main level.

Parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway (might fit 5, depending on size of vehicles). Free overflow street parking for 1-2 vehicles.

55" smart TV on main level, 65" smart TV in basement, and 42" smart TV in master bedroom (king bed).

Newly remodeled kitchen with refrigerator, freezer/ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher (it's small, but mighty!), blender, toaster, electric griddle, coffee maker, dishware, silverware and all basic cooking items.

OUTSIDE:
-Spacious backyard with ample, mature shade trees
-Firepit
-Large deck with gas grill and lots of seating

Keyless entry w/ smart locks. Code access given prior to arrival. No access given to the garage.

Other things to note:
-Must be 25 years old to book, photo ID may be required upon check-in
-No pets allowed! This is our personal cabin and have a family member with allergies - we stand firm on this and will add fees if pets are seen on property.
-No parties, events, or large gatherings. Registered guests only.
-No drug use or indoor smoking. Ashtray provided on deck for outdoor smoking.
-City wide quiet hours enforced from 10pm to 7am.
-Kids are welcome (we have 3!) but beware our cabin is NOT child-proof (no baby gates, outlet covers, etc). We do have a pack & play available (but no sheets for it).

-Our basement floor does tend to run on the cold side... We do recommend bringing socks/slippers (especially in winter months!)

-This property features 3 exterior security cameras:
1 above the garage doors, facing outward toward the driveway, 1 near the main entrance & 1 near the back entrance of the garage.
No cameras look into any interior spaces. Cameras record video when activated by motion and help us ensure that our property is being maintained properly while we are away (not frequently monitored/viewed).
