We loved the house. Plenty of space. Very nice outdoor seating and fire pit with lots of wood. We have stayed at 7 houses over the last seven years and this was the best. We will most likely rent it again next year for our sibling retreat.

Host was readily available and responsive to questions prior to check-in and throughout our stay. Plenty of parking for trailers and boats.

This may have been the best rental our family has ever done. The host was kind, communicative and friendly. He helped me with recommendations, advice and I was able to reach out whenever needed. The place was beautiful. The outdoor space is like an oasis. We played jenga, cornhole, had campfires and enjoyed living our best life for 4 nights! Every single person had a great time. The pool table could use an update and it’s pretty broken down. Otherwise, everything was in great working order. We watched football outside, tossed football, played baseball, went fishing, checked out antique stores and marinas. It was truly an amazing stay. We 1,000% would return.

Great Lake-cation!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Escape! There was plenty of room for our family to stay comfortably. The backyard area was an added bonus for grilling and hanging out in the evenings. We’ll definitely be back for all our trips to Beaver Creek!

Very Clean. Perfect for our group of two families with 16 people. Beautiful back patio. We spent more time out back than inside. Had all we needed without clutter. Very good host communicated good. This is the first I’ve given a host 5 star on everything

Fabulous weekend get together!!

Honestly I don’t even think 4 days/3 nights was enough at this spot! Our friend group gets together this weekend every year & spends our days at the lakes & the nights around a bonfire, singing until our hearts give out!! This space was perfect to fit all 12 of us, plenty of bathrooms & hanging out spots. The backyard was obviously our favorite with curtains to block the sun, a fan, tv, timer lights, bonfire, benches & plenty of seating. Electric door code to get in & out of the house, so much parking & great AC (actually got super cold). Hopefully we can rebook here for any future lake trips!

Beyond expectations!

Travis (one of the owners) was incredibly helpful. The property was beautiful! They absolutely went above and beyond. They thought of everything. Clean, stocked with all you could need and more. The linens and towels were very nice. Nothing low end about this property. We would definitely stay again. 2 miles to the marina. There are boat rentals there as well. We rented a pontoon as well as took our own power boat. It worked out well. Definitely recommend this property and the owners. TOP NOTCH !

The moment that I booked our stay, the owner reached out to say “Hi” and give us his contact information and to tell us about some little gems around the area. To say the pictures of the house were misleading would be accurate… it is so much bigger in person. The downstairs is amazing! The outside area was our favorite part of the house. We just hung out and laughed after a long day on the lake. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more. The owner stayed in contact with us, and responded quickly if we reached out. The boat ramp is just a short drive away…and if you forget something there is a Walmart close! This property is perfect… and you can see how much the owners care about it and their guests in all of the details! I cannot wait till our next trip! We have found our new favorite place to stay on the lake!

Spacious home with a beautiful outdoor area to accommodate a large group. Basement area provides a great area for kids and adults alike. Clean home with many amenities, including plenty of parking. Conveniently located near Beaver Creek Marina. Highly recommend!
