Downstairs is a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, dual vanities, large soaking tub, dual head shower, separate water closet and a large walk-in closet. The second main floor bedroom features a queen bed and private bath. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, laundry, a large dual vanity bathroom and a media/play room.

The chef's kitchen features thermador appliances, marble counters, a built in fridge and a large walk-in pantry. The dining table seats 10 and and opens to the comfortable living room. Enjoy harbor views from the whole main floor (and upstairs playroom). The living area is built around a dual sided brick fireplace, on the other side of which, you will find the screened porch with a large sectional and dining area.
