Ok, casi una cabaña de playa :) Lo más cerca que se puede llegar a la Isla de las Palmas sin estar en la isla. Venga a descubrir esta bonita casa recién remodelada, decorada en un nivel, en un vecindario tranquilo. No solo la playa está a solo unos minutos, sino que está rodeado por más de 20 de los mejores restaurantes, boutiques, discotecas dueling, cines y más. El centro de Charleston está a un corto trayecto en automóvil sobre el puente Ravenel ...

El principal tiene un rey y otras habitaciones tienen una reina y una cama completa y hay dos baños completos. (colchón individual disponible si es necesario)
El plano de planta abierto ofrece mucha luz y es fácil de entretener. Una gran sala de estar abierta con una chimenea junto con una habitación familiar para tener más espacio para la lectura, conversación, juegos, etc. Las características incluyen hermosos pisos nuevos en todo, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina. Grandes porches dobles con vistas al patio trasero privado es excelente para relajarse con asientos para muchos y una barbacoa lista para encender.
Es todo un porche / cubierta que se extiende a lo largo de la parte posterior de la casa y hay un patio a ambos lados de la casa ... Esta es también mi residencia personal durante la mayor parte del invierno, así que la encontrarás decorada y Nombrado más que la mayoría de los hogares.


Acabo de decorar ambos porches para darle más asientos en el verano, si es para calentar en uno más abierto, por lo que es agradable y sombreado al final para salir del sol ... Bien equipada, hemos tratado de pensar en todo lo que pueda necesitar para que su estadía sea cómoda. Con un precio de menos de 2 habitaciones de hotel al otro lado de la calle ... Fácilmente duerme 6 y nos encantan los perros, así que solo pregunte. Lo sentimos debido a las alergias familiares que no podemos alojar gatos.

Very nice and comfortable property with a lot of space to spread out in. Very well-stocked kitchen and a nice outdoor area. Very convenient to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island for those who are traveling to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Bery quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants & shopping. House & garden were perfect for our small dog. House was very clean & comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of space for our grown children to come for family dinner. Host was exceptional.

Wonderful stay

What a lovely cottage! We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the owner. We had easy access to the beach, shopping, tourist locations, and restaurants. We have stayed in many rentals and this is one of the best by far.

Close to beach and shopping, easy access to highways

My family was in town for my daughter's wedding and this was a great location to drive to the beach, the venue and my families homes in the area. All the stores that you need are a very short driving distance. The house has everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and the host Cindy, was very responsive to questions. This one is definitely staying on my list to revisit when we come back to visit family next!

Between my family and the team I coach, I book 6-10 stays a year. Rarely does the house live up to the pictures. This house surpassed all expectations! It was beautifully decorated and had all the necessities for a week long stay. My wife and I took our 3 teenage girls and they absolutely loved the house. Starting with the sweet “goody bucket” this house had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, utensils, and cook ware. And one more thing, Cindy was a wonderful host! She communicated quickly and gave me ideas for the local area. Five minute drive to the beach and close to shopping for the girls.

Perfect house

The house was amazing especially the shower. The location was perfect with everything you needed was close by. All of the furnishings were new and super clean.The neighborhood was quiet, well maintained and safe. Our host Cindy was super and very responsive. If you want a perfect place to stay this is the place. Overall the best thing about our stay was our host Cindy. She made us feel welcome and treated us as her friend. I will stay here every time I am in the Charleston area.

SC Lowcountry Visit

Nice neighborhood centrally located on Isle of Palms, and the location served as wonderful gateway to access the area from Charleston to Winyah Bay.

Family Beach Hideaway

Loved our stay! I had a family member visit from out of town, so I booked this home. Very cute, super clean, loved the fenced in yard and the property manager was so accommodating for my dogs! She was quick to respond to messages and super easy to work with. Perfect location for beach and Shem Creek visits. Would stay here again!

Great house and location

We were attending a wedding in Mount Pleasant but also wanted to do sightseeing on Isle of Palms and Charleston. This property was perfectly located! Cutely decorated and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. The back patio is very Private with lots of plants and foliage. We would definitely stay here again.

This was one of most memorable stays ever with a house rental. Cindy is one exceptional host! Five stars is not enough for her and her home. From communication prior to arriving until after we left, everything was outstanding. Cindy is kind, gracious and so very helpful with everything we asked from her. She assisted with our dog care and concerns. She assisted with catering needs. She assisted with questions about the provisions within the home. There wasn’t anything she wasn’t able and willing to assist us with. The home is exquisite, charming, coastal style with decor all throughout that truly is beautiful and welcoming. All the provisions from laundry to kitchen and throughout the bathrooms are as if you are in your own house. We had everything we needed. The entry is lovely, the fenced back yard is beautiful and large. Our dog was very happy and comfortable roaming the area and the new sniffs. The neighborhood is so sweet and quiet. The next door neighbors are very kind and a true gem. There are 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The sheets and pillows are soft and cozy. Plenty of blankets provided as well. The front converted garage is like a studio apartment all by itself. That was a surprise for us. Didn’t catch that on the initial rental information provided by VRBO. Parking was sufficient for our large truck and my sisters SUV. This house is located within a few miles of outstanding restaurants and shopping centers. Highly recommend Cindy’s home!

Great location..convenient to the beach and downtown Charleston

Fully stocked home for entertaining family and friends, quiet neighborhood and only 15 minute to Isle of Palms beach and just 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. The home has comfortable furniture and beds and beautiful outdoor space with a fully fenced yard to allow our dog to join us… would definitely recommend this home if you are bringing your pet.

I am a local real estate agent in Charleston with Agent Owned Realty on Isle of Palms.. I love what I do and the benefit of being able to work with great families that soon become friends. Dog rescue is a passion in many different ways.
I walk my dog's on Sullivan's every morning and have missed very few morning over my 18 years of living here. Going over the Isle of Palms bridge every morning and seeing the ocean takes my breath away. Raised 3 wonderful children in the Mount Pleasant area and now out and about enjoying life. My 4 legged children now rule the roost and keep me entertained. We are originally from Vail, Colorado but traded skiing for the beach year's ago.

If you are looking for something close to the beach with out the price tag, this home could be the closest one available. No traffic to deal with!!! Save money !!! Close to so many of the restaurants with 20 plus fabulous choices all within 1/2 mile you will be able to afford to eat out more:). Shopping and entertainment are also so close. Downtown is a quick 10-15 minutes away. Mount Pleasant has a large assortment of antique and eclectic find shop's for those ready for a day away from the sun and fun. So much to do, so little time!!!!
Our vacation home is open, light and cheery . A great outdoor private yard. Because we all enjoy cottage-like atmospheres, we chose our home in a funky, quiet and rather eccentric small neighborhood where locals as well as vacationers can revel and relax in its casual vibe.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This home has a living room with TV and a family room with a TV. A long porch connects 2 yards, one shaded for the pooches and one patio style for entertaining. Everything in the house has a unique story...and is decorated with quality. I think when our guest arrive they drive in wondering where they are ...and then the biggest compliment is how much they love the house and then by the time they leave .....can't believe how convenient it is to everything.
