Mariners Landing has it all - gorgeous views, family fun amenities, and more! Make yourself at home in our lakefront 2 bedroom condo. Relax on the balcony and soak in the stunning views of Smith Mountain Lake.
This condo is located on the 4th floor of the 3rd building - Mariners Landing: The Pointe. This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are two Queen beds in the bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room- perfect for up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, utensils, and appliances needed to create your favorite meals from home. All linens are included in rental. We suggest bringing extra beach towels so you do not have to cut into bathing towels, however, there is a washer and dryer - please note detergent not included. You can enjoy the lake view from the kitchen, living room, and balcony.
All guests have access to all of the amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court (equipment not included), playground, game room, walking trails, private beach, etc. There is also an 18-hole golf course on site; clubs not rented, contact Mariners Landing Golf Course for more pricing and tee times. There are also a boat launch and complimentary floater docks during the day time. Please let us know if you will be keeping a watercraft in the water overnight so we can take payment for slip rental.

Mariners Landing Hospitality is located in a private golf and residential community tucked away in a cove on Smith Mountain Lake.
We are located off of highways such as 122 and 24 and Mile marker C6 by water. We have free parking in our lot on site. We are nearby main highways and routes to get to restaurants, water sports, and sight seeing on and off the water. We are located approximately 45 minutes from both Roanoke and Lynchburg airports.
There are highways nearby and mile markers on the lake to get you to nearby restaurants, gift shops, and sight seeing. We have boat rentals on site through Mariners Landing Boat Rentals (a branch of Bridgewater Marina). We have a restaurant on site, The Landing, please check their website for hours. Please note that the closest full grocery store (Food Lion) is 10-12 minutes away and a convenience store with a deli about 3 minutes away. When our restaurant is not open or for different style restaurants, the Westlake area has the majority of the lake's restaurants and activities that is about 20 minutes away. All things listed are easy to get to as we can give guests a guide for attractions and restaurants.
