¡Bienvenido a nuestro pequeño paraíso en Florida!

Venga y disfrute de unos días mágicos en nuestro Barra Villa Resort, famoso por su ambiente sofisticado y divertido. El complejo consta de 8 apartamentos y estudios encantadores.

Suerte que encontramos y compramos esta linda casa!

La casa consta de 3 unidades: el "Apartment Pelican", el "Apartment Flamingo" y el "Studio Turtle".

Cada alojamiento tiene su propia entrada, así como un baño privado, cocina y sala de estar / dormitorio. Si lo solicita, podemos conectar el Apartment Flamingo y el Studio Turtle a un gran apartamento que ofrece espacio para hasta 5 adultos.

La zona exterior común ofrece una parrilla de gas y muchas posibilidades de asientos diferentes.

Si nos avisa con anticipación, también es posible alquilar la Villa Barra II completa o todo el Resort.

APARTAMENTO FLAMINGO

Nuestro apartamento con el estilo especial de playa!

Alojamiento de 1 habitación de diseño marítimo: cama de día para una tercera persona en la cocina comedor. Baño de ducha de diseño completamente nuevo (al que se puede acceder desde el dormitorio). Mostrador de cocina bien equipado con toda la vajilla necesaria.

Le encantará el ambiente de playa en nuestro apartamento Flamingo.

El apartamento te recibe con varios tonos de azul y te hará sentir como si estuvieras en una playa cálida y soleada. La cocina comedor bien equipada con mesa de comedor también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y una cama de día, que es una posibilidad adecuada para dormir para una tercera persona, si es necesario.

El armario en la habitación iluminada ofrece suficiente espacio para su ropa de fiesta y para los recuerdos de vacaciones recién comprados.

Desde el dormitorio, que está equipado con una cama doble, puede acceder al baño de ducha, completamente renovado y separado por una puerta corredera. Toallas y ropa de cama son parte del equipo del apartamento Flamingo por sentado.

Clean and comfortable

We found it walkable (or trolley) to restaurants, bakery, brewery, Publix, wharf, Thomas Edison Estate, galleries, museum, theatre, A shoppers paradise if you have a car. Warm pool mostly to ourselves. Very clean.

Flaming Apartment Florida Vacation

My husband and I stayed at the Flamingo apartment vacation rental in Ft Myers, FL because we were attending a wedding. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to walk to Publix for groceries, to downtown Ft Myers, and to the wedding venue. The apartment was clean and the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A Stay at Flamingo

I have stayed in several of the other apartments in the other building; so I was a little disappointed in the Flamingo. The property is clean and well maintained, but the walls are thin and everything being done in apartment Turtle can be heard. T.V. is tiny and inconveniently placed for viewing - better instructions for the use of the T.V. would be helpful. For the purpose of my visit, it is close to the facilities I needed to be at and easy to get into and out of. Thanks for the stay.

Charming and newly updated

I wish I could give 4.5 stars! The apartment is clean and neat — and beautifully updated. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the short walk to shops and dining. Only 2 small disappointments: 1. We would have liked a TV in the bedroom and 2. The bathroom doesn’t vent very well, which we believe is the reason we found a very damp towel hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Just keep the bathroom door cracked open when you shower and that seems to cure the problem. We would definitely stay there a second time!

Traum Apartment

Das Apartment ist ein wunderschönes gemütliches kleine Wohnung. In der Einrichtung und Gestaltung liegt sehr viel Herzblut und Liebe. Es war alles da, was man in der Küche braucht. Café und Filter. Sehr viele Handtücher waren in einem Regal.Wunderschönes gutes Bett, super Matratze und tolle luftige Bettwäsche. Man konnte für 1,50$ waschen und die Benutzung des Trockners war kostenlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Es gab noch ein kleiner Pool. Wir waren nur 3 Tage da, weil wir machten eine Rundreise durch Florida.

RD January 2022 Altamont Manor

Stayed in the Flamingo unit for 10 days in January 2022. Very nice unit, safe neighborhood, convenient to shopping and downtown Ft. Myers . Mgmt responsive to needs. Do hear other people in the other 2 units of the cottage. Would stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo apartment. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the convenience of the location--close to the waterfront and to the historic downtown. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the on-site laundry was convenient. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

very clean and recently remodeled

This rental was very clean and had everything you need. The only negative was the tv- cable tv needed to get decent picture. Couldn’t watch the Olympics. Disappointing.
