- submit a copy of the primary guest's ID

- There is a fee for the heating of the pool. Please see detailed pricing below.

- December - March: $85/day
- April - June: $65/day
- July - September: $0/day
- October - November: $65/day

- Once paid, pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your desired date and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM on the succeeding dates desired, which would be perfectly warm through the night.

- Please keep the cover over hot tub at all times when not in use.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit and must be sent to us within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. All guests reserve the right to cancel with a full refund within 72 hours of booking and assuming it is 30+ days from checking in. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
