Ubicada en el muy deseable Racquet Club Estates, esta casa moderna de mediados de siglo fue construida por Alexander Construction Co.

El patio trasero es un oasis privado e incluye todo lo que necesita para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar del desierto. Cuenta con una barbacoa de gas incorporada, un bar al aire libre de 6 asientos, una hamaca de gran tamaño que se balancea entre 2 grandes palmeras, una hoguera incorporada, un juego de mega ajedrez al aire libre y un amplio patio ajardinado que incluye una gran área cubierta de hierba. ¡Nunca querrás dejarlo!

La casa ha sido bellamente remodelada y decorada con pisos nuevos, grandes ventanas y puertas y hermosos muebles contemporáneos. Muy abierto y ventilado. La cocina moderna y totalmente equipada está equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y placa para salpicaduras de azulejos de vidrio. Da a la sala de estar con vistas a la piscina de agua salada, al hermoso patio y a las montañas de San Jacinto al fondo. El salón es amplio y luminoso. Cada habitación cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana que incluye cable, Netflix, Hulu y un reproductor Roku. El dormitorio principal tiene su propio baño con acceso directo al gran patio trasero. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. La casa tiene WiFi con altavoces interiores.

La gran piscina de agua salada ha sido mejorada e incluye flotadores y juguetes. La piscina está rodeada de muchas tumbonas con toallas de playa, sombrillas y un spa en el suelo, lo que lo convierte en su propia experiencia de resort privado.

La casa es apta para niños y perros y está completamente cerrada, creando un santuario seguro y privado. Disfrute de un paseo en bicicleta en una de las 6 bicicletas de crucero al centro de Palm Springs o los parques cercanos.

The house is absolutely perfect!! The house is very comfortable, beds are excellent. The pool is a huge bonus. You are definitely on vacation when you pull in the driveway.

We loved Ryan's house, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was new and clean, the pool an hot tub were great, we loved the putting green and giant chess board. The A/C was easy to use and working great. It's in a good neighborhood, close to the grocery store and Starbucks. He even has 5 bikes in the garage that we took to ride around town.

We had a great time in Palm Springs! Ryan was a great host, very helpful and always with a quick response. The house was beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. I know some people commented on the noise, because of the corner the house was on. Admittedly I come from a very large city and live in an area that is very congested. There was some noise, but certainly nothing that would stop me from staying there again. Everything else was absolutely spot on!

We loved our stay in Palm Springs. The house was perfectly appointed. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. The pool was serviced the morning we arrived. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare many meals at home, the grill was great. Ryan answered the few questions we had promptly. Hopefully I will get the chance to return as we loved Palm Springs and our VRBO.

The weather was unseasonably cool, so we did not get the opportunity to use the pool. Loved the homes location. Ryan responded to our questions within a few minutes of receiving our text messages. Great home for 2 couples to share.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was stocked perfectly with anything we could have needed. We enjoyed the pool so much that we left the house very little. There was road noise and airport noise but it didn’t bother us very much. Beautiful, fun property!!

A quick Thanksgiving trip to Palm Springs let us to discover this fabulous house! The house is wonderfully decorated in sleek mid-century modern decor. The beds were comfy and plenty of linens for our family of 5 (three teenage boys!) The putting green and shaded hammock were favorites for the boys and relaxing with a cocktail in the spa was a fav for mom and dad. The host was super responsive, friendly and helpful. The directions for the home were clear and when we had questions about the spa, the host was quick to respond. This home is a little gem if you are looking for a comfortable, well stocked place to stay.

Fantastic Rental Experience!

I enjoyed a girls' weekend with my teenage daughter and her best friend, and had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience at this property. It was clean, with comfortable beds and tasteful decor, and absolutely everything we needed from a well-stocked kitchen, games, fluffy towels, and more. And Ryan was a super communicative host, to top it all off! We will be staying here again.

Great experience — Cute property with nice pool.

Property was great and more than enough space for 4 adults. We stayed 5 nights for Coachella weekend & had a comfortable experience. Located close to food, coffee, & not a bad drive to the festival. The pool was relaxing. We loved and utilized the yard (hammocks, chairs, etc.)Check-in process was easy with instructions provided in advance. Would stay again!

We had a great few days. As noted in other reviews, there is road noise but that didn't bother us at all and we expected it. Paying to have the pool heated was definitely worth it!

New Year's Retreat

Another great time at this property. Lots of activities for family fun such as the pool, but tub, corn hole, ... Great location - 45 minute walk to downtown or a 16 Uber.Easy check in and exit. Highly recommend this stay.

Very Nice Property!

The house and grounds are spacious and clean and well-kept. The pool and spa are also very nice. It's a convenient location and I enjoyed my stay very much and would gladly return to or recommend this property.
