We would like to clarify that there are absolutely no windows repaired with tape; all bedroom windows are fitted with new VELUX blackout curtains. There are also no rusty taps, so we are unsure which fixtures you are referring to. We continuously invest in the property, and a thorough renovation is scheduled for this winter, as we do every year to improve the house. Measures have already been taken to address maintenance and occasional odor issues. Regarding the rural surroundings, sounds such as roosters are part of the local environment, though we strive to ensure they do not disturb our guests’ rest. On the ground floor, as you could see, the chairs are new, the lighting is new, the downstairs bathroom is new, the sofa is not new (it is about 6 years old) but it is in perfect condition, the table and chairs in the solarium They are new, the sunbeds are only 3 years old and as you could see they are made of aluminum and of excellent quality and all the tiles in the pool were renewed in 2019.
