Downtown 10 min. by car, 15 by bus. Ample street parking. Walk to good restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, New Seasons, Trader Joe's, CVS, banks, gym. You can walk to one of four different commercial areas within 1 mile: Broadway, Hollywood, Fremont, Alberta Arts district! Go for a run in pretty, treed, residential area. Or take a bike ride on a designated bike boulevard. Store your bike onsite. In good weather, sit outside at your own private table or go to the park for a picnic.
