There are two tables for dining options one with ocean views as well as an outdoor table for al fresco dining. The large primary suite with has a king size bed, smart TV, ocean views and access to the outdoor patio area. There are two additional guest rooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second has a twin trundle bed allowing for two people to sleep.

Featuring a 180-degree view of La Jolla Shores and the world-famous Scrips Pier you might never want to leave! The view patio has two seating areas, a bar-b-que, and a firepit. You will love seeing the sunset after a day at the beach or golfing or sunrise if you are an early bird.

The kitchen is well equipped for all of your culinary needs including spices. A washer and dryer is available should you need it.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. We do NOT allow Bachelorette or Bachelor Parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Pack ’n plays can be rented as a convenience for our guests. The cost is $25 + tax per stay. Please note that bedding is not provided and guests should use the Pack ’n play at their own discretion. Please contact us to add a Pack 'n play to your reservation.
