Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback about the condo. Umbrellas are normally provided in all of our rentals. Thanks for informing us that this one was missing. If you return to stay with us in the future and find something missing that you would like just let us know and we will bring it over.

The pressure washing/painting on the outside of the building has been completed. We were informed about this work 2 days prior to guest arrival. The cleaning crew was sent over to re-clean the laundry room & balconies. On-site maintenance was unable to see any evidence of a water leak in the dining room (the guest indicated to him that the leak had stopped), our company maintenance went over and reset the GFCI in the bathroom. The owner offered fair financial compensation due to noise complaints, which was refused as being too low. Our guest's comfort and satisfaction are important to us, as evidenced by many positive reviews, but unfortunately reasonable efforts are not always successful.

My apologies for the stained bed cover. We always provide extra linen, but the cleaning crew should not have put the stained cover on the bed. We have had no further issues with the circuit breaker tripping. We appreciate you troubleshooting it with us over the phone and flipping the switch.

A deep clean has been done on the condo since this review submission. The carpets & couch were steam cleaned, new pillows were purchased, the closets have been organized. The small water stain on the living room ceiling is from an earlier leak from the sliders, which the condo association repaired. We take our guest's observations seriously and remedy issues as soon as we can. Our cleaners needed extra time do do the deep clean on this unit, which we had done when we had a break in renters. We are available by phone, text & email 24/7.

I'm sorry to hear that the noise across the street was so bad. That is not a normal situation for Siesta Key public beach after dark. I'm also sorry to hear that the on-site management person was rude to you about obtaining your parking pass. We have no control over the on-site mgmt. team, and that is not acceptable. I hope you did however enjoy your stay on our island.
