Le encantará la sensación del plan brillante piso abierto y la elegante decoración con playas ... desde el momento en que entra usted se sentirá como si estuviera sentado en la playa. Disfrutar viendo a los delfines, mar bombardeos, la natación y el sol en la playa; o ver tranquilamente desde las ventanas de la terraza privada. Le encantará despertar cada mañana con el sonido de la playa y el olor y sensación de las brisas cálidas del golfo. Ir a dar un paseo por la mañana o correr como sale el sol ... tomar un cóctel tropical mientras se pone el sol ...

El condominio cuenta con acceso a internet inalámbrico, teléfono, televisión por cable y están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, ventiladores de techo, lavadora y secadora (con monedas) y una plaza de aparcamiento cubierto. La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, eliminación, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, vasos, platos, cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. El dormitorio principal tiene una gran ventana que ofrece hermosas vistas del golfo, baño privado (bañera y ducha) y un walk-in closet. El segundo dormitorio dispone de dos camas, un vestidor y cuarto de baño (bañera y ducha) en el pasillo. Ropa de cama y toallas.

Fabulosa playa bien cuidado con socorristas, mesas de picnic, barbacoas, pistas de tenis, redes de voleibol, un parque de juegos y un puesto de comida bien abastecido. A pie de Siesta Key Village, donde encontrará tiendas, restaurantes y entretenimiento divertido. Disfrutar de los sábados en el mercado local de agricultores. Sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes se proporcionan en nuestra unidad de almacenamiento privado.

Beach view was wonderful with dolphin sightings several early mornings. Clean, with an accurate listing and public trolley available right by beach access. Elevator was helpful for my wife and beach was amazing. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

The view and location was spectacular. We had a quick walk across the street the the beach. Chairs and beach towels supplied was great. Oceanview with beautiful sunsets right from our room. Trolley stop in front of condo made it an easy commute to all restaurants and shopping.

My wife and I just returned from an unforgettable 14-day getaway at this stunning beachfront condo on Siesta Key. It felt like paradise from the moment we arrived — exactly as described: “The Best Place to be at the Beach.”The ocean views were spectacular! Waking to the Gulf of Mexico sparkling beyond the palms, with Siesta Key’s famous white sand beach steps away, was pure magic. We loved the breathtaking sunsets and spotting sea turtles, tortoises, and rabbits right from our windows.The location is perfect — a short walk to Siesta Key Village with its shops, restaurants, and lively vibe.A huge thank you to Liz, the owner, and Nicole, the property manager — both were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure our trip was a success.The house rules were reasonable, the condo comfortable and clean, and ideal for a relaxing long stay. Amazing vacation!

This condo is beautiful, and very well kept. We loved being so close to the public beach. The photos are accurate and the decor is adorable! I LOVED the beach themes! :) We will definitely be back in future years. This is our favorite place to vacation, and now we have a favorite place to stay!

Property was really nice and the price was good. We have stayed in this building before (different unit). Great location! A TV in the second bedroom would be a nice addition. Liz and the property manager were great to work with. Very responsive

Delight after devastation

After two hurricanes had decimated Siesta Key neighborhoods, we enjoyed a week of delightful weather, cleaned up beaches and mid 80 degree weather.The condo had amazing views and was in an excellent location. There is sadly a lot more cleanup to do, but the village area and the main road was fine. The city is working hard to get back on their feet. The people need others to come down and enjoy!

Great customer care

The condo was lovely with an amazing view. Clean and nice decor. Easy check in and check out. There was an unforeseen circumstance. I texted the owner - just to let her know about it and she and the property managers went above and took care of the issue even though it wasnt because of them. I appreciate the customer care and will certainly book again when in the area.

We loved this place!

My only comment is that the bath mat in the front bathroom near the kitchen, seemed old and soiled, and the sheets and pillow cases in the front bedroom seemed thin and worn. Also this bathroom could also have a nightlight plug-in, like the other one did. Some towel hooks on back of bathroom doors would be nice to have/ use. Otherwise, the beds were good, and we would love to come-back for 2 weeks next Feb/ March, so keep us posted!!

Wonderful summer vacation

The listing description is accurate and the listing photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. The condo is in a very good condition, very clean, the kitchen has everything you need in case you want to cook. The condo is within walking distance to Siesta Key village, where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The beach is just across the street. The parking spot was a nice bonus! We loved the time we spent at the condo so much, we decided to come back this summer for two weeks!!!!!! Thank you, Liz (owner) for the availability to answer our questions, for all the details you provided prior to our arrival and for the follow up after the vacation. We are looking forward to get there this summer! All the drive from Ottawa is worth it!!!!!!!

Uncomfortable Siesta

Condo view great!! Beds awful!!!! Hard as a rock, not what I would expect for the money.Toilet paper something you might find at Wal-Mart restroom. No sleep first two nights wondering what the noise was at the front door. When the wind blows and it did, the front door squeaks as if someone is trying to get in, WOW.

Look no further!

You can stop your search right here! Wake up to the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Have your morning coffee while looking at the beautiful water. Wake the kids from the spare nicely decorated bedroom. Grab the beach supplies from the fully stocked storage closet and walk a few feet out the door and you’re at the water. Tired of the beach? Come inside to the beautifully decorated condo and have a bite to eat in the fully stocked kitchen. Ready for a night out? Just head about a mile down the road and you are at the Village. Listen to some live music and have some yummy seafood at the Siesta Key Oyster Bar (my personal favorite). Once you’re done in the village, come back have a great nights sleep, wake up and repeat. The staff at the condo were super nice and accommodating to an early arrival. The property owner was helpful and very responsive to questions. Overall, you can’t go wrong with this condo!

Beautiful View

This is a nice Condo. Beautiful view. Right across the street from the beach and a mile from the village. Easy walking distance. The only problem was the cleaning. We walked into a weird smell. After we opened all the windows and turned on all the ceiling fans it got better. We later found the source of the smell when we went to use the oven mitts were full of cat urine. The oven needs new racks ( they are all rusted) the microwave is rusted inside.( I have never seen that before) The light switches were filthy. ( we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned all of the switches and door handles) The chairs were full of sand. All in all, the condo is nice (could use some updating) but beware of the cleaning. ( we spent two hours cleaning and was told that they do not deep clean until after the busy season is over)

Thank you for your positive comments and we are happy you enjoyed your stay at our condo and beautiful SK. We were surprised to hear comments about cleaning of the condo. We have our condo professionally cleaned after each visit and all of our guests are very happy with the cleaning. In terms of cat urine on oven mitts that are in a drawer??I would not know what that is but we have a no pet policy therefore that is not at all possible. Our onsite property manager is there daily and said you said everything was fine when she saw you each day. If there was any issue whatsoever you should have spoken with her immediately to have it taken care of. Again we are happy you enjoyed your view, and stay.

We had great communication with Liz throughout the process and loved staying in the condo. The view of the ocean from the table is amazing whether you are enjoying a cup of coffee or having dinner. Beach access is right across the street and the cross walk makes it even easier. The beach locker is a bonus for traveling and not worrying about packing chairs. We will definitely return to this unit.

Un departamento soñado, frente al mar, fuimos dos matrimonios amigos. El área de cocina muy cómoda, tiene un lugar de guardado al frente con sombrilla y sillas. Las vistas del atardecer desde el estar y desde el dormitorio principal muy lindas. El departamento tiene todas las comodidades
