EASY CHECK-IN PROCESS
A simple rental agreement and ID verification are required prior to check-in.
You may also choose to purchase an optional non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party provider. The damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $1.50 per additional night after 10 nights.

Firewood and fire-starting supplies are not included but may be purchased prior to arrival through the Happy Guest portal.
The fire pit cover must remain on when not in use.
