Prepárese para unas vacaciones maravillosas y relajantes en este frente del golfo Le damos la bienvenida a Miss B Haven. Esta casa de 3 habitaciones es perfecta para una escapada familiar con su cocina grande, abierta y totalmente equipada ... cómodas habitaciones (king, queen, literas dobles y un sofá cama) y amplias salas de estar. Las vistas son increíbles y la ubicación es excelente. ¡Simplemente pasee por nuestro corto paseo marítimo y disfrute!


¡La señorita B Haven tiene grandes cubiertas protegidas, así como un porche al sol abierto para absorber esos cálidos rayos de sol! Hay una ducha exterior cerrada para enjuagarse después de un día en la playa.

Home was clean, well equipped and the top deck was perfect for watching sunsets. Professionalism of the management company made reserving the property and the check in/out process very easy.

Great beach front rental with wonderful gulf views! The home was clean with ample space for our family. We took advantage of the 250 beach gear rental credit and enjoyed a kayak and 2 beach bikes. Plenty of other beach toys at the rental for kiddos, but no beach chairs. I would recommend bringing your own or renting them with your credit. A sidenote for fisherman: the boardwalk to the beach is narrow in spots making it a tight fit getting a beach cart down and around the corners. We managed, but it was a bit of a pain. Overall, we loved the rental, but just wish the boardwalk was more accommodating for fisherman.

The house does need a little TLC. The screen door was broke, the front door lock was rusted making it difficult to lock and unlock and the heat and air conditioning did not work when we first arrived. However, Coastal Joe took care of all the repairs while we were there.

Reviewer Comments: we always enjoy a house that is directly on the beach! so easy to just walk a few steps and be right in the ocean. there have been some reviews that it is not 'updated' or I guess super modern, but I think the most important thing about this place is that it is DOG FRIENDLY and very comfortable yet clean/tidy for being so. we loved it and would/will come back!

Wonderful experience. Only negative was the dishwasher didn’t clean. You had to basically wash dishes before loading. Otherwise, great sunsets, no rain and the screen porch is a perfect outdoor living room. Thanks for offering a comfortable pet friendly home!!

Some small issues

Dog friendly rentals should not have all them rugs in every room and hallway. All of the rugs there had been urinated on by dogs and smelled really bad. Look to of never been washed before. Home furniture is very dated. Beds were uncomfortable. Ramp to the water was to narrow for cart.

One thing to know is the house has the kitchen living area up three flights of stairs! Once groceries and supplies were up it was OK. Views of beach are great and it is a short walk on shared walkway to beach. We had several issues during our stay that management company responded to promptly. However, House needs some upkeep. Mattresses are old and saggy. 2nd story porch had ZERO furniture. 2nd story sliding doors were hard to move to exit to the beach.

Beautiful Home....... but

This is a absolutely beautiful house and nicely decorated. The dishwasher does NOT work. They have a new one that was post marked still new in the box for June. They are aware this dishwasher doesn’t work but apparently the agency the owner uses won’t have it installed because of the 37 steps it will take to climb to get it installed. I had to hand wash everything and we cook a lot of meals. I didn’t want to spend hours washing dishes every day. The bed in the master bedroom was the worst bed I have ever slept on on the 53 years I’ve been alive. It was kin to sleeping on a brick frame and a piece of hard wood. The rugs if they were turned over were covered in dog urine and feces. I actually washed 4 rugs that were on the second floor and top floor landing. I paid a pet fee and cleaning fee. Obviously that’s just extra money not going to thoroughly clean everything from prior pet visits. There are 37 steps to the top floor which is where the kitchen, dining room and living room is. Wasn’t a game changer for us but would imagine someone with a bum knee or older pet would have a bad time of it. Overall this vacation house has a lot of minuses considering for what you pay for. I at least expect clean rugs, a working dishwasher and a bed that you can actually sleep on.

House is right on the beach and makes it convenient for transporting all the beach gear. House is pet friendly and our dog loved to sit on the beach with us! House needs a few updates but overall is a great place to stay. Renting with Coastal Joe is fantastic and they are always responsive with any requests!

The only thing that I didn’t like was that both the bunk bed room and queen bedroom didn’t have dressers so I could unpack our clothes. I would recommend dressers even if they have to be placed in the closets. Other than that this house met all our expectations. I would definitely recommend!!

There is visible mold in the house and ceiling. It was reported to y’all before we arrived but we were not told. The house was beautifully decorated but your cleaners are not cleaning thoroughly. We had to clean both bathrooms before we could use. Outside windows on deck filthy that obstructed the view. Grill was filthy. Numerous other problems which I will send to y’all that need to be fixed

Location was great, but Property was dirty and not maintained well…

The Location is absolutely great. Beautiful Sunsets, Nice Beach. The Property itself was dirty, the 3rd level deck had broken furniture, torn floppy screens and some of the ceiling vinyl siding had fallen to the floor. You couldn’t get a clear picture of the ocean because of all the build up on the glass doors. Kitchen table chairs are wobble and LR furniture and pillows stained. The outside shower was full of debris. The property needs a deep cleaning, furniture replacement and maintenance to the walkways. This could have easily been a 5 star but at best my stay was only a 2.
