You’ll be in old Florida with dog friendly beaches, sugar sand and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, dolphins and turtles, pelicans flying in formation and the occasional view of a bald eagle perched in a tall pine. Sanctuary is a 10-minute walk to the Trading Post and the same distance to the Donut Hole if you get up early enough to score some fresh donuts. Kayak in the Gulf or in the bay. Fish from the beach or rent a pontoon boat from Presnell’s. There’s lots to do, but time slows down here.

On the 2nd level you will enjoy Bedroom 3, (Queen sleeper sofa) and the gorgeous kitchen, spacious dining and living area with plenty of games on hand. On the 3rd level enter a tranquil retreat to your Sanctuary Suite, which encompasses the entire upper floor offering a peaceful refuge with a tray ceiling and two private decks facing the Gulf and the bay. Unwind in the jetted tub, indulge in the convenience of a wet bar, or find inspiration in the adjoining office/library space.
The kitchen is a chef's dream boasting a 36'' Wolfe gas cook-top and stainless-steel appliances. Custom cabinets with under-cabinet lighting, granite counter tops, a large breakfast bar and an island that provide both style and functionality making meal preparation a delight!

With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, in the main house, there is ample space for a relaxing stay. Or you can escape to a private carriage house using the elevated, covered walkway. This charming carriage house has an additional bedroom, full bathroom, and a kitchen. It’s a versatile and convenient space for special guests or extended family.

When you're ready to get active, it’s four minutes over a private walkway that connects you to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Or, if you prefer, take the Kayak’s (provided) over to a private gated dock for a fun time of exploring the sand bars or the shallow waters of St. Joseph Bay.
