(there is only 1 spot included in this reservation, the valet garage cannot accommodate a 2nd vehicle. There is nearby street parking and a paid lot at a daily rate if you wish to bring a 2nd vehicle)
• Please keep in mind the following vehicles are prohibited in the Valet Garage:
- Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes
- Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6`8
- Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
- Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
- Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 🚪🔒
• Check-in is at 4:00pm (or later, anytime works after since it`s self check-in), check-out is at 11:00am

Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property

- NO SMOKING of any kind
- NO loud parties. This is a residential building, please be respectful of the neighbors that live next door. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Do not leave any trash, bags, or any other items outside the apartment door. The building is very strict and will impose a $75 fine per item if anything is left outside the units, especially overnight.
- Please do not stain any towels or linens. We provide makeup towels specifically for guests to use, we unfortunately will have to charge if we are unable to get the stains out of any towel or linen
