Secluded No Wake Cove - Private Covered Dock-Screened Porch-Kayaks

Nestled in the foothills of the Cumberland Mountains and directly on the water, Percy's Cove provides what you expect from your Norris Lake getaway. Located in a secluded, year round deep water cove, this home offers up fun and views of the lake every month of the year! An open floor plan to kick back, relax and enjoy Tennessee's cleanest lake!

Take advantage of the outdoor seating on both decks-for dining or just for taking in the beautiful vista. Ambient solar lights on the dock are perfect for star gazing and night fishing.

Arrive to a house that is inviting and comfortable, Park **up to** 4 vehicles on the driveway. Your beds will be fully made, and towels and starter cleaning supplies will be provided. A fully stocked kitchen and outdoor Weber grill encourage you to break out your groceries and cook up some delicious meals.

Enjoy the calm that comes with a no wake zone - swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, or just relaxing on the dock. Then, hop on your boat or jet ski and head to the main channel, just minutes away. You'll find your proximity to Flat Hollow Marina especially convenient, just 1/2 mile away. This marina offers entertainment, dining, restrooms, grab-n-go food & beverage, ice, boat, jetski & tube rentals, trailer storage and fuel.

No watercraft? No worries! There are plenty of options in the area for rentals. Some nearby options are Flat Hollow Marina, Powell Valley Marina, Blue Springs Boat Dock and Springs Dock.

During Prime Months, we prefer a one week minimum stay, and recommend a Friday to Friday stay so you get a FULL weekend of fun and don't spend half of your Saturday driving and unpacking! You will find some summer weeks where a 3-5 night stay is available, as we understand not everyone can get away for a full week of lake fun. Spring, Fall and Winter offer the most scheduling flexibility. If you have specific check-in/check-out requests, please reach out to us directly.

We have been coming to Norris for many years and I can say this was one of the nicest homes we have rented. Its exactly, if not better, than advertised and shown and was clean. There was all the room we needed for our family of 7 adults and one baby. The outside areas and dock are great and what you come here for. It's perfectly calm and such a great to swim with the no wake area. The owner was super responsive and a great host.

Exceptional property. This lake home was perfect for our family including our adult children and grandchildren.The house is very clean and is exactly as presented.Beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room for everyone. The dock was a great area to swim,dock a boat or just enjoy the beauty of the lake. The property owner Nancy, was always very prompt at answering my questions prior to our visit.

Beautiful Home and Vacation

The home was clean and very welcoming. It has all the amenities to make the stay comfortable and easy. Lots of towels, blankets, hooks in bathrooms etc. The kitchen was well equipped with all basic things you might need. Both the home and dock are well taken care.The owners were very responsive and made our stay great! If I had anything negative to say it would be the amount of stairs… but that is just lake life!!!

Beautiful and clean

My friends and I had a great time at this property. The cabin was very clean, organized, and well decorated. The walk to the dock was nice, the dock itself was also very nice. The driveway is a bit steep but not bad. Would definitely stay again. I would like to add if you plan to bring a boat and launch at flat hollow marina i would suggest launching somewhere else. Their boat ramp is very small and difficult to launch at if you have a bigger boat and trailer.

Olga was an extremely responsive property owner & the house was very well-appointed overall! Definitely the most modernly decorated of any rental we've ever stayed at & the bedding was the coziest!! We would recommend this property to anyone!

Great time with friends on the lake

A large group of friends staying at Lake Norris for over 20 years. We loved this place. It had a really nice layout was very clean and we appreciated the easy walk down to the private dock. Good communication with the host and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

What a wonderful stay! We had a party of ten which consisted of 4 kids and 6 adults. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house! We definitely want to come back!! One thing that I think would be helpful would be to add a picture of the kitchen! It’s Soo cute and has everything you could possibly need and more!

The house is beautiful. Everything was well maintained. The only thing was. I’m glad we had a family dropout before we went because there’s not five bedrooms. Other than that, we had a great time glad we went.

Bachelorette Trip

The house was very clean and nicely laid out, perfect amount of space for our group. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, griddle, etc. We enjoyed the Marina right down the street. We rented a pontoon and thoroughly enjoyed Norris Lake. The house was perfect location with easy access to marina. It couldn't have been easier. Would definitely recommend Percy's Cove.

Relaxing peaceful family location

We loved our stay at Percy’s Cove! Location was perfect for our family vacay, very quiet area of the lake but yet Flat Hollow Marina was within view. Our family had a great stay and will definitely come back!!

Amazingly clean and well kept home

We rented several homes at lake Norris and this is one of the cleanest and well kept at the lake. The owner communication was prompt, courteous and very clear. We will definitely stay there again

Perfect for a family getaway!

I stayed here with my family and had a great time. The house is nicely optioned and in a great, quiet location deep in a no wake cove. The location is close enough to get to the busy part of the lake if you want but you have quick access to Flat Hollow Marina and Powell Valley Marina for dinner, drinks, and fuel. The owner was very responsive and helpful. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here!
