Hermoso departamento para una familia o para parejas o incluso para compartir con amigos a 5 minutos de la playa, a una cuadra de la tienda de comestibles y también a una cuadra de la marina. El condominio tiene una piscina confrotable para adultos y niños y un gran lugar para barbacoas (reserva preious), así como un gran lugar para comer para el desayuno, el almuerzo o la cena en todo el edificio. Hay un sports bar a la vuelta de la esquina. Ideal para estancias largas pero muy cómodo para estancias cortas de tres noches.

Very convenient to local shopping and restaurants

Condo is very well equipped and very comfortable. Access to beach is just minutes away. The area has lots of restaurants, stores and easy access to bus system.

Quiet and comfortable

A spacious apartment in a neighbourhood that is NOT party central…quieter, and with close access to a lovely beach. And there are good restaurants in walking distance. The apartment is well furnished, though the kitchen is somewhat small. The fully shaded patio is lovely on a hot afternoon. There were some challenges with the plumbing, but the property manager was very helpful in resolving these. We will return.

A Comfortable Relaxing Tropical Escape

This spacious and well equipped condo provided a quiet and very enjoyable two week stay in January 2024 for my husband, myself and our friend, all seniors. The property was secure, and only a five minute walk to a wonderful beach and to local restaurants. Mario and his manager were responsive and helpful. The small sunny pool on the roof was clean, with comfortable loungers, and we also enjoyed many hours relaxing on the fully shaded patio. We look forward to returning next year!

Convenient to adventure the whole region. Bus is 10 pesos right out front. 1 1/2 blocks to the water taxi is 30 pesos Uber to the airport is about 240 pesos. Nice water machine, but 2 empty 5 gallon bottles. No drinking water. I arrived about 7 pm and texted for instructions to water delivery company. The next night at 9:44, got a text the maintenance employee would deliver however many bottles I want to buy. I was in my nightgown, so asked for 8am delivery. At 9:05 texted owner, and 9:15 the gentleman delivered, and they were only 90 pesos. Very reasonable. This is a great option to enjoy a laid back easy pace vacation. Recommend… Was a reasonable price before the extra $1,000 VRBO added. Not the owners fault. Just be aware of it. The owner has a fair price point… 🇲🇽👌

Nice Place in a Nice Area

Well maintained suite in a well maintained building. Everything we needed in an otherwise costlier area. Lots of elderly tourists in Nuevo Vallarta. Probably because the roads and sidewalks are better built and better maintained compared to the older areas.

Lovely Condo

We were very pleased with the accommodations, and with our interactions with the owner and with Luis. Luis reached out before our stay to arrange to meet and provided all the information we required. On our second day, the coffee maker broke. Luis promptly delivered a new one. The condo is clean, spacious, well appointed, and the location is ideal. Several good restaurants are close by. The patio is large, shaded, and a lovely respite from the sun. It is an ideal location for a relaxing vacation.

Lovely stay at Las Pergolas

We enjoyed our month long stay at Las Pergolas. It is comfortable and well equipped and we enjoyed the private patio and pool everyday. Condo is only a 3 minute walk to the public beach. There are also several wonderful restaurants within walking distance. You have to go El Barracuda, our favourite. Marina Nuevo Vallarta is definitely a nice quiet area to stay, and completely safe.

Great Location, Quiet Condominium

The Condo at Las Pergolas was very quiet and the location was wonderful. Our stay started off very rocky, with the refrigerator failure before we arrived. On the second day we shopped for grocery's including refrigerator and freezer type foods. To our dismay we discovered the freezer did not keep items frozen and the fridge did not keep purchased items cool. Request for service was made and a repair man arrived five days later. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts for repair. A number of days later he returned to repair the problem successfully. Well there we requested he look into the living area air conditioner as it was shutdown. The remote controller was not functioning (no display), he had a method to reset the unit and used a flash light to read the barely lit remote controller. So I was instructed how to see the controller display (with flash light) and could then adjust the temperature. Problem is the unit worked then, but only ran full speed all the time. A new controller was promised but never showed up during our entire stay. The weather was wonderful and we appreciated the patio which allowed us to sit and enjoy our meals outdoors. Although no sun shine was ever seen on the patio, once we shutdown both air conditioner units it was pleasant place to relax. The air conditioner units, one on each side of the patio made a terrible noise on the little patio, so we sacrificed the condo temperature for the quiet on the patio. The provided BBQ was found to be unacceptable, so we purchased a new BBQ and left it for the owner. One day we were out and came back to find the patio furniture covered in old paint. The condo above us had contracted painters to grind down the deck and repaint the deck. No notice was given and the mess on our patio took a good deal to clean up. It should be mentioned that the temperature adjustment on the oven is stripped and makes it very difficult to set and turn off the range oven. So we feel most of these issues should have been dealt with before our arrival, and therefore would not recommend the condo to future renters.

Las Pergolas Marina Condo owned by Mario Ponciano Receives a 5 Star Vacation.

We have been vacationing in Nuevo Vallarta over the past fifteen years. The last several years we have been walking the beaches of Banderas Bay more than once a year and staying longer. As members of Paradise Village we have also stayed at numerous times at Playa Royale, also rented Nitta Condominiums and Punta Esmeralda. My husband and I wanted a different experience this past March (the 13th thru the 25th) giving us the chance to feel more like locals. Mario's spacious contemporary two bedroom and two bath condo did not disappoint us. It's furniture was new and comfortable with a fully appointed kitchen. We were met by Leonora who had our keys and made certain that our unit was extremely clean. When our stay was over she arrived early to collect our keys and see if we needed any help. You will really like her. This is an extremely quiet and very secure building. A security Code to enter building, code for garage, and double locking condo door. There is 24 hour security. We were on the first floor with a north facing private patio and flight of stairs up to a lovely pool on the second floor. It is a beautiful three block stroll to public Vallarta beach which has a pretty entrance and not very populated. Because Las Pergolas is surrounded by charming excellent restaurants we never cooked at home. Yes, I called it home. Going out the front door directly to the left is Guido's and that was fun to buy a bottle of wine or grab a bite. Directly next to Guido's was one of our favorite spots Barracuda. We ate there four times. A few steps away is Dona Terra which we liked. We ate breakfast at Eddie's Place - all short walks. The condo is next to two good farmacias and a nice XOXO. We spent some evenings at the spectacular marina where there was always live music and more eateries. Gorgeous weather our entire stay. Let me recommend dining at Porto Bello - again walk-able. Great atmosphere and fabulous entrees. One important thing I need to share is that Mario was extremely attentive in all of his emails making it so easy to want to rent from him. He sent me four sheets before our visit suggesting where to eat (what to order), the walking distance, places we might consider taking a cab, and on top of that I had a total of seven small colored maps he prepared with details and directional arrows as if he were our personal tour guide. Safe, Comfortable, Good Location

Enjoyed our 1 month stay - seemed like home. nice new furnishings and the condo is decorated to give it a home feel. Electronically controlled access to the building plus a security guard after administration hours make this a secure building. Unit is main floor but is actually 7 steps up from street level. The elevator does not stop at this level so this could be a concern for someone who can't handle the few stairs. It is less than a 5 minute stroll to a great beach, just exit the front entrance, turn right and across from Eddy's restaurant there is a covered walk though between buildings for public beach access. Great area for beach walks, enjoying the ocean or just relaxing. A number of decent restaurants all within walking distance. There is a bus stop across the road for cheap and easy access to Puerto Vallarta or to either of the two Wallmarts for groceries. There is also a taxi stand across the road in front of the Oxxo store. You can purchase water bottles for the water cooler at the administration office or at the Oxxo two buildings over.The pictures of the condo are accurate and the owner Mario is easy to deal with and although he doesn't live in PV he is responsive to any of your needs. He has a local person that arranges to meet you to let you into the unit for the first time. We found the condo very quiet and the pool area never busy. The large patio faces north so we did not get any sun on the patio during our stay but this worked well for our grandson who is 21 months old as he could play on the patio and we did not have to make sure that he was covered in sunscreen while out on the patio. The condo is spacious, and as mentioned all the furnishings are new. some items still had price tags on them. I found the king bed very comfortable although my wife found it on the firm side for her tastes. The two sinks in the master bedroom ensuite are a nice touch with lots of counter space. Both bathroom showers are large with adequate water pressure. The air conditioning worked well when we used it, with separate control settings for each bedroom and the living area. We would give it 5 stars if the TV had English speaking channels (the channels were all in Spanish with the exception of 1 that showed some English re-runs). We would return to this same condo.

Is not a beach front so doesn't require a high maintenance, is close to the marina, restaurants and bars and is very close to the place where Grupo Vidanta is building a park like Six Flags but related with water and the beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Private pool, a big grill/BBQ place at the pool area and also a smaller grill inside the apartment. Each room has AC and there's a laundry & dryer space where guests can get clean & dry cloths.
