* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

*PETS - Pets are not allowed at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE! This home is operating legally under the new Kansas City ordinance. This property is a minimum 30 night rental and not required to be licensed as a short term rental with the City of Kansas City. Any reservation will not be affected by the ordinance!

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

Only complaints I had was the king size bed is very uncomfortable the couch is uncomfortable and some of the neighbors were very rude and loud other than that it was great and we will definitely recommend¡!!
