Este apartamento de 1200 pies cuadrados se encuentra en el último piso del edificio, a pocos pasos del corazón de Aspen. También es un apartamento apto para perros. Hay un dormitorio a cada lado del pasillo al entrar al apartamento. El principal tiene una cama king size con baño privado actualizado. Los gemelos en la habitación de invitados se pueden convertir en un rey a pedido. El segundo dormitorio se encuentra fuera del pasillo. Al final del pasillo encontrarás la sala de estar y el comedor con una chimenea de leña. Prepare una comida a la parrilla que se encuentra en el balcón y reúnanse alrededor de la mesa del comedor con capacidad para seis.

Needs an update

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, but the condo has not been updated in decades. Bethrooms and kitchen need some care. Beds were very soft...too soft. One bedroom closed to living room only with an accordion door. Beds were wall to wall...very tight. Could be a great condo with a little money used bring to current styles and conveniences.

Good Location, Spacious Room, No A/C

Excellent location for exploring Aspen-walking distance to the gondola, parks, groceries, restaurants, shopping. Several good hiking trails also only a walk or quick drive to the trailhead. The unit itself overlooks the pool and hot tub and was partially updated and with the extra curtained off area that could be used as an additional bedroom functioned more like a 3 BR than a 2 BR, which was nice. The unit was clean though the carpet us due to be replaced, but that was no big deal. There were two surprises that ended up working out but could have been troublesome: the unit has no air conditioning. We were visiting in July in a heat wave, and when we first arrived, the room was so stuffy, and we worried we were going to have a problem. However, once we got all of the windows open and the provided fans going, the air got moving, and since the temperature dropped down into the 50's at night, we were able to sleep comfortably. The second surprise was that there was no elevator. This ended up being a mild inconvenience as we were traveling with an infant who is still in a stroller, but again, this was not a deal breaker, just something I wish I would have known and planned for. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great condo and location

The location of the Aspen Alps is wonderful. You can easily walk anywhere downtown, are right by the City Market, and are right up against the mountain. I used the gym and Sauna a few times and had it all to myself, which was a great bonus for me. Nothing like some much needed mountain healing. Highly recommend!

Aspen Core Condo Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoy staying in this second floor condo located in Aspen's Core only steps from everything Aspen has to offer. Ski-In/Ski-Out next to the Gondola during the winter and only a few blocks to the Rio Grande Trail during the summer months for biking along the Roaring Fork River. Plenty of room for guests to visit and our dog to enjoy the vacation as well. We have been staying at the Aspen Alps for years and highly recommend it to friends and family.
