Hospédese en un excepcional condominio junto al mar en el quinto piso ubicado en el centro de North Forest Beach. Ideal para una familia numerosa.
la unidad 2509 tiene un rey en el dormitorio principal y el dormitorio 2, dos dobles en el dormitorio 3 y un sofá cama en la sala de estar. El Sea Crest es un edificio con ascensor de cinco pisos con estacionamiento cubierto en la planta baja. Cuenta con dos piscinas frente al mar (una climatizada en marzo y abril), una piscina para niños pequeños y un bar de temporada junto a la piscina. Pasee por un patio increíblemente ajardinado con fuentes y flora o sumérjase en las bañeras de hidromasaje después de hacer ejercicio en el gimnasio del hotel. A pocos pasos de Sea Crest, los huéspedes encontrarán muchas opciones para comer en Coligny Plaza y Beach Market. Esta pintoresca zona del centro tiene una amplia selección de tiendas y entretenimiento para todas las edades.
Sea Crest 2509 ha realizado renovaciones en el condominio nuevamente en 2019. Great location - so many good restaurants and shops that are within walking distance. The unit was very roomy - loved that everyone had their own private space. Pool Bar Jims was so fun and served delicious food.

The property was immaculate and check in/out was a breeze. Great location next to Coligny Plaza. The kids loved the 2 outdoor pools by the ocean. The adults loved having Pool Bar Jim’s onsite. Buddy and the staff at Seashore Vacations made this trip stress free. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

Beautiful updated 3 bedroom condo

This unit at Seacrest has it all! Great ocean views, walkable to Coligny grocery store, shopping, restaurants and live music. Pool Bar Jim’s with great food and drinks is onsite - unheard of among most condo units in the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect spot

Great place in the perfect location. On the beach with short walk to shops, great restaurants, and live music everywhere. On-site bar and restaurant are fantastic and pools were very nice and clean. Our unit was perfect for 7 people. Even the teenagers liked it when they weren’t on their phones. Will definitely be back!!

Our stay was great the condo had all the amenities and comfort of home. the location was walking distant to shopping and restaurants. The view from the living room and balcony was perfect that is why we had to extend our stay thank you Buddy for getting back to us so promptly. Loved it!!

good stay

i liked the villa very much. The housekeeping was poor. Sand was on the floors and in the bathroom showers. under the bed in the 2 bed room was not clean at all and I found a bowel under the bed. I will say one again I really like the villa, just not the housekeeping.

Condo has great location for anything you want to do - shop, eat, swim, golf, bike, walk or just relax. Plenty of room. Unit was actually larger than pictures would have you believe. Clean and comfortable.

This property was perfect! Close to everything, even a grocery store. You can park your car for the week if you want. The coffee machine makes a pot and one cup with K-cups. The beds were comfy but the furniture wasn’t the best. But we didn’t spend too much time inside. There are puzzles and games for extra entertainment. The two balconies were great. There is a lot of space in the condo, that was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you will need. There are lots of bath trowel and kitchen towels. The place was very clean. We had a great time and will plan to book it again!

October Hilton Head Vacay

This property was absolutely perfect for 6 adults! This location couldn’t be more convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! We had plenty of room, the sunrise was amazing every morning sitting in on the patio. They have a Keurig coffee maker that is new to the unit. We will definitely rent this place again. The only negative was communication with a property manager, we had none…just happy we didn’t have any issues! You will love 2509!!!

We enjoyed everything about this property - the decor, location, the view and cleanliness. The effort the owners put into the decor of the unit was much appreciated ( even having books and game options). I wanted a property that was beach themed and this nailed it! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the showers!! Also, the staff was great. I had two small issues ( spot on bed spread, and a shower did not drain on 1 day)...the wonder staff was very responsive and addressed both items immediately.The location was nice as many shops are within walking distance and the pool options and beach access were right at the property.The only thing I would change is the scaffolding that was in place as they are about to begin roof work on the entire building. This is no fault of the owner, just planned property maintenance. I must say...even with the scaffolding in place it thankfully did not block our view of the ocean and we were fortunate the work had not yet started when we stayed so our stay was noise free.Overall we would love to return plan to this property for vacation next year. We had a nice relaxing time. We were sad to leave.

The kitchen is smaller than other units in the building that we’ve rented, but it was workable. The beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful. The deck around the pool definitely needs to be redone, as it’s splintered in several places. Overall though, we love Seacrest and will definitely come back.

Reviewer Comments: Never made it onto Hilton Head Island due to Hurricane Matthew and the mandatory evacuation. :( Hopefully we will be able to vacation there in the future.

This review will directly affect the overall unit's star rating even though this person never stayed in the unit due to a Category 3 Hurricane hitting the island. Thoughtless behavior from someone that is now inflicting further damage to our island in a small way.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While our unit itself was impeccable, very well furnished and the location of Sea Crest perfect, the property overall lacked in cleanliness - especially the pool ( which was filthly and had a green ring around the border ) and elevator areas. Also there were not ample bike racks and the pool furtniture really needs to be upgraded, chairs dirty and damaged.

We appreciate the review. However, our rental company only manages unit 2509 itself. The owner takes great pride in how they keep their unit and we are glad you enjoyed. However, we do not believe the comments about the property accurately represent the privately owned villa as those items are out of our company and our homeowners control.

By end of stay, keys were again difficult to use.Some housekeeping issues: Coffee pot was found in pantry still containing moldy coffee and grounds. One patio table was dirty. The other had a cigarette but on it. Rugs at entry door and patio door needed a vacuum. Hair dryer on bathroom wall did not work.

Beautiful Condo Perfect in everyway

We traveled with a group of 9. To tell you the truth I was concerned about it being big enough for us all. Never once - except maybe in the kitchen….since we cooked every night, did it feel cramped at all. It’s a beautiful condo with beautiful views. Two wonderful balconies. The location couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to the grocery store, beach, shopping and restaurants. My daughter kept saying what a wonderful place and couldn’t believe we found it. We needed to call the office for pool wrist bands and the air conditioner in one part of the condo wasn’t getting cold. They responded quickly getting the wrist bands to us within an hour on a Sunday and they had someone out within an hour to look at the air conditioner. We had a really wonderful time and would definitely book again to come back. I don’t think you would be disappointed if you decide on this condo!

We loved Sea Crest better than any rental we have stayed in so far at Hilton Head. Location is best on the island--you could honestly stay and never move your car. Very clean and updated. View was wonderful of the ocean and beach. Plenty of space and privacy for multiple families. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner. Watusi was wonderful for breakfast. Also, my 4 year old grandson enjoyed the pirate ship playground so much at lowcountry celebration park--it is amazing and a must visit with all age children. We saw turtles and an alligator swimming by. Skull Creek is a great place to visit for the view and even more for the great seafood. We drove up to Harbor Town Lighthouse the day we left. It was an easy walk to the top with a beautiful view to enjoy. We got to see dolphins swimming with babies. We have never been disappointed renting through Seashore Vacations!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a nice place to stay. The location is great. You can walk to restaurants, stores, and the grocery. It was a sweltering hot August week and there is no ocean breeze on this side of the building so sitting outside on the patio wasn’t really an option, but the sun rises were nice before it got too hot. We like to cook and the condo could use some good pots with lids as well as a Keurig. Most places we stay have a selection of spices and basics in the condo to get you started but this one did not. You need to buy or bring everything you want starting with salt and pepper. The drains need cleaned. They were slow in the tubs and one sink in each bathroom. I re-cleaned everything when we arrived. I am particular. It was your typical rental clean. Bathrooms sprayed and rinsed, floors swiffered and counters wiped The air filters were clogged and need changed. Overall it was a nice rental. Plenty of room for all of us and the beds were comfortable.

The new owners of this property have invested in numerous upgrades during the past 18 months for their guests to enjoy. These upgrades include: Fresh painting throughout, 2 New A/C Systems, all new Stainless - Steel Appliances, New Water Heater, new furnishings in the living room & dining areas, new Casper hybrid King size Mattresses in the 2 Master Bedrooms, 4 new large screen Smart TV's including a 65" LG Nano in the living room as well as updated lighting throughout. Now that the busy summer season is winding down we will use your input to make more improvements this fall & winter. In particular - adding a Keurig coffee maker, check the condition of the pots & pans and also provide some additional basics like salt & pepper. Also, please keep in mind that we (Seashore Vacations) keep a supply of commonly used & requested items in stock and are often able to solve many issues quickly with just a phone call or email. We hope that you will plan to return to #2509 as it is a really nice unit and very well received overall.
