This Specious 3 Br 2 Bath condo is located 20min south from Myrtle Beach Airport on the Garden City/ Surfside Beach line.
It is set back in a quiet area only 1 mile from the beach, minutes away from Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet and all the great restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
For the Golfers we are in Tupelo Bay Executive Golf Course. If you want more, we are centrally located between all the area great golf courses!
The amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, outdoor grilling area, community center with gym, wireless internet and TV room, 18 hole executive golf course, driving range, miniature golf, volleyball and tennis court!
Golf passes are available for weekly and monthly renters.
Beach is only 1 mile away and there is free shuttle that runs all day through the summer.
Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large dining room table, large inviting living room and bonus Carolina room with fountain view.
All linens are included. Small pets are allowed up to 50 LBS, but no cats please.

The best thing about this beautiful and specious condo is its location. The clean and well maintained, quiet and safe development is located minutes away from all the action, restaurants and shopping. You will have best of both worlds!

This is our second time staying at this property, and it was just as great as the first! The condo is immaculate and beautiful. The owner is kind and accommodating, offering beach supplies and necessities. You are just a short drive from the beach and located close to main attractions and areas. Would definitely love to stay here again with my family!

Absolutely amazing!

My family was here for a softball tournament that was close by and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. The condo was very clean, modern and everything was in great condition. We would definitely stay here again! The resort is quiet and friendly!

Beautiful Spacious Condo

Absolutely beautiful spacious condo. Comfortable beds, ample bedding and towels, great dining room table, well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Quiet area but close to everything! Great communication, owners even left passes for golfing. Will definitely go back again.

Snow Birds!!!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our host and their lovely Villa. We can’t say enough about our host. The communication was great from the time we booked, during our stay and after. The Villa had everything we could possibly need during our stay from towels, toiletries, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, beach towels and chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Our family (including our fur babies) had an awesome vacation! Property and condo did not disappoint. Condo definitely loved and well maintained and everything as described. This is our 2nd stay at Tupelo Bay and we really like the property and area!

Fantastic!

It was an amazing time! The place was very conveniently located and there were many beach chairs and items available. We had a great time! The amenities were all very clean and we had all the information we needed to work the tvs, get access to amenities and more. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great Place to stay, roomy condo

This place was so nice, the beds were all comfortable and plenty of space. The air conditioner did great with the heat. These owners go out of the way to make sure there is enough essentials stocked for you to get by. Will definitely look to rent again when we return.

Wonderful experience

Property was a wonderful experience. Clean, peaceful and well stocked with everything we could need for our trip. The owners always responded quickly to any questions I had prior and never made me feel like I was bothering them. It was like being at my home away from home. Close to everything and plenty to do on the property. Will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable Week Stay

This is our third stay at Tupelo Bay since 2015 coincidentally in the same unit. It is conveniently located to beaches and shopping areas . The host is easy to contact and responsive to any questions. I highly recommend it.

Awesome place

A very nice place for those that like the beach but not the noise. Quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities, calmer attitude, but, close to everything. Condo has literally everything you need. All you do is make sure you restock and leave it as clean as you found it. Came home to a little family emergency, so review is a little late.
