Unidad final 3BR / 3BA: ¡4 ° piso! Envuelva alrededor de balcón, servicio de playa!

Excelente condominio de unidad final con privacidad y maravillosas vistas desde la gran cubierta envolvente. Todas las nuevas camas king size, todos los muebles nuevos y 4 nuevos televisores de pantalla plana, pintura nueva y pisos de madera nuevos en todas las habitaciones y sala de estar. Suaves colores playeras: azules, verdes y amarillos. Alojamiento: condominio, 3 dormitorios + nuevo sofá cama queen y 3 baños completos (para 6-8). La suite principal king tiene un gran vestidor, bañera de jardín y ducha a ras de suelo. El segundo dormitorio tiene ducha a ras de suelo y el tercer baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. ¡Cada habitación tiene un acceso privado a un baño!
Otras características:
1) Unidad final significa ventanas y luz natural en cada habitación, privacidad y menos tráfico de personas
2) ¡El cuarto piso es perfecto para las vistas a la playa! No muy alto ni muy bajo. El amplio balcón envolvente puede acomodar fácilmente a su grupo.
3) Las sillas de playa están incluidas en este alquiler y se configurarán para usted en la playa todos los días.
4) Las nuevas cerraduras y códigos electrónicos le permiten ingresar directamente a la unidad sin viajes al lobby o problemas con las cerraduras de estilo antiguo
5) ¡Puede contar con que nuestra unidad esté muy limpia y tenga lo que necesita para pasar un buen rato!
6) Lavadero grande independiente con electrodomésticos nuevos.

Everything we wanted and more

This condo is amazing! My family of 7 had plenty of room and comfort. Al, the owner, is very easy to deal with and answered any questions quickly. We had a great week and we hopefully going back soon.

Great location in W. Panama. Well maintained property & beach. Wrap around balcony provides view of both pools and the beach, so you can keep an eye on family. Three bedrooms with baths. Well stocked kitchen. Off street covered secure parking garage.

Location was perfection! Beautiful view of beach- sunrise- and sunset. Kitchen was stocked great. Owners communication was excellent. The bed in master bedroom was so very uncomfortable. It has huge dents on each side it was so worn out and so very soft. I had to sleep across foot of bed. Also, condo could use a really deep cleaning. It’s decorated nice, but whoever cleans is not doing great job.

We loved the wrap around porch. Al provided a clothes drying rack which was fantastic. We could put our wet bathing suits on it in the evening and the constant breeze dried them overnight. Al, the owner, kept in communication with us to make sure everything was okay. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but these were delt with quickly and completely. We liked the location along the beach strip much better. You are still close enough to drive to everything but away from the more crowded section of PCB. We are definitely planning a return trip next year.

A nice 3BR / 3BA condo on the beach!

The listing was accurate and the host (Al) was easy to work with and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. The condo amenities easily accommodated 3 couples including a large kitchen table as well as a nice balcony with chairs to allow you to sit and enjoy the views. The location is great with parking available in a garage across the street. 2 chairs and an umbrella were included, and additional chairs / umbrellas were available, but were a little pricy on the daily rental. There is plenty to do in the area and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Panama City Beach!

What a fantastic, very clean condo. All three bedrooms were super nice. Provided everything we needed for a family of 7 to stay with plenty of room. The pools and hot tubs on the property were great, the gym had enough equipment to provide a good workout. Parking was 100% covered, with temperature controlled walkway. The views of the beach were amazing from the wrap around balcony. The host kept in contact making sure we were all set without any issues he also provided any assistance that we needed, made tons of suggestions for food/entertainment etc. We will definitely stay in Al’s condo in the very near future. One of the best overall experiences that we have had during a week stay on the panhandle. 5 stars all day!

Great condo on the beach

Best beach condo I’ve stayed in. Three bedrooms all with king beds and attached baths was wonderful. It was really nice to have a dining table large enough for all of us.Being on the fourth floor with a wraparound balcony was wonderful and the sunset views were just fantastic. loved the beach chair and umbrella setup, too! lots of good dining opportunities close by, and grocery stores also convenient. Communication with Al was convenient and timely. Hope to stay here again!

Perfect Vacation!!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. The large patio was great to relax on and listen to the ocean. The owner was very responsive and contacted us before we got to the condo. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for the perfect place.

Grandson’s 1st Vacation

The condo was very comfortable and perfect for our family vacation. The location was great! Close enough to Pier Park and other attractions, but in a quieter area of the beach. The beach chair service was a nice perk. Communications with Al were easy and prompt. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Week

We had a great week with our family! Perfect water and weather! The condo was as described and the owner was easy to communicate with. Celadon is on the quieter end of PCB and we really like that. Hope to stay here again

First gulf stay

We booked this for my wifes 50th birthday with friends. This property was everything that was listed and more. Veiws were tremendous communication with owner was outstanding. The beach service was outstanding. I can't say enough good things. We will definitely be back.

The perfect getaway!

This condo had it all! It was clean, well kept and more roomy than the 2/2 units! If you are looking for a 3 br/3 ba oceanfront condo (AMAZING VIEWS!), this is the one! The property owner was great at communicating and I highly recommend!

Retired from Wisconsin, great state in summer but not too good for winter so we have purchased this unit and will use it during cold winter

From Wisconsin and use unit during cold winter months. Love the Celadon location with its closeness to main events at Pier Park and recreational fileds, close to 30A and bike trails.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit is great being on the end with the wraparound balcony and a private condo. Natural light in every room and all new furniture, paint and flooring!
