Any violation of this policy—including underage drinking, unauthorized parties, or the presence of unregistered guests—will result in:

* Immediate termination of the rental agreement
* Removal from the property without refund
* Forfeiture of security deposit
* Additional fees for damages, cleaning, or disturbances
* Notification of local authorities if necessary
