Unidad increíble con muy buenas actualizaciones en todo! Esta unidad duerme 6 con dos camas queen size y un colchón de aire queen. Esta unidad tiene televisión por cable, pero no tiene acceso a internet en la unidad. Este condominio tiene todas las campanas y silbidos! Este condominio completamente remodelado se encuentra en la mejor ubicación posible en el corazón de New Braunfels, y en el hermoso río Comal. El complejo cuenta con piscina, acceso directo al río y se encuentra a poca distancia a pie del parque acuático Schlitterbahn, el centro histórico, los restaurantes y la vida nocturna. Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene hermosos pisos de madera, encimeras de granito, todos los electrodomésticos de color negro, baños renovados y mucho más. Great location

Perfect location for a river float and walk into town. The property was clean and check in was accurate and fast. We were able to enter the unit early. The listing did say it has WiFi but the check in instructions said WiFi was not offered in the unit. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Nice 2 bedroom on the river

Location is good, the headboard only leans against the wall in the main bedroom and the mattress could use replacing. The bathroom sink isn’t attached to the wall and the fan needs repaired. Overall still a good place to stay, just needs some maintenance.

Birthday getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year in a row that me and the kiddos came here in order to celebrate my bday. We had a blast both years. Plenty of room for us 3 and location works great for the amount of time we like to spend on the river. Its a nice hour and a half float and then when you exit its a short walk back to the property. Perfect for us!

Reviewer Comments: The stay offered plenty of room, however bedroom two had a strong smell of mildew, and the bathroom pocket door was difficult to get in and out of. Bedroom one had a squeaky bed with every toss, turn, movement so we didn't get the best sleep. The kitchen offered great convenience's and having tubes readily available was great. If they could be checked before each stay as one was not usable and another was pretty close to the same due to not enough air,

Comal River Float

Wasn't our cup of tea. I little more partying than I would have liked. They had a few fights, not an issue of the owners just the crowd. I thnk that is just the river crowd on the weekends. Had struggles all weekend witht the TV working. There is no WIFI. The rugs and carpert in the unit are old and felt dirty. Other than that it was great.

Thank you for your honest review! The Comal can get a little rowdy on weekends. This specific unit doesn't offer TV or Wi-Fi and is listed as such. I've put in a request for the carpets to be checked and cleaned, thank you again for your review! (I'm forwarding on to the owner, maybe he will start offering tv/wifi)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location! Walking distance to New Braunfels Town Centre. Very close to many friends that came down as well. 2 Friends were next door to us, which was great! Property was very well maintained. Thought the owner could have included better kitchen utensils, dishes (some were chipped), glasses (only 2 wine glasses)and odds and sods. We felt these could be purchased for a reasonable cost at a Dollar store. That's the only reason we didn't give it a full 5 stars. Great service from Management! Our coffee maker stopped working and within a very short time, a new one appeared! The reservation process was very convenient and easy.I would definitely recommend this property! It's a great Location! Located between Stan Antonio and San Marcos Outlet Mall! Great shopping! Great golfing nearby! Great Restaurants in the area. Went to Gruene Dance Hall, Gristmill and many other restaurants and Points of Interest!
