Overlooking Yellow Birch Lake, the large deck features dining tables, lounge chairs, and a propane Weber grill. After a long day in the Northwoods, unwind in the tranquil indoor cedar sauna. The Lodge offers two king bedrooms, two bunk rooms (with custom built full-over-queen bunk beds), and a great room with a memory-foam sleeper sofa and queen futon, comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests, along with two full baths. A fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a two-story stone fireplace tops off the home's Northwoods beauty. This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $40/day (a maximum of $250 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

Lake:
Yellow Birch Lake is a 192-acre lake in Vilas County and is part of the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes. It has a max depth of 23 ft. There is a public boat landing. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Walleye.

Good To Know:
The hot tub is available seasonally from May until mid-November. The sauna is available year-round. The dock and swim platform are in the water from mid-May until mid-October. Please reach out to us if you would like to confirm those dates before your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
