Adorable cabaña renovada convenientemente ubicada en West Beach Village, la cabaña se encuentra a pocos pasos (e incluso en bicicleta) hasta la exquisita playa de Kiawah, la piscina comunitaria y el mercado de West Beach Village, el campo de golf Cougar Pt y las canchas de tenis de West Beach. Kiawah es el sueño de un golfista hecho realidad: cinco campos de campeonato, incluido el mundialmente famoso Ocean Course.

Cubierta de la sala familiar y dormitorio principal con vistas al campo de golf.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana, 2 armarios y baño principal privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana y acceso directo a la sala de baño.

The cottage is just as described. Everything is very clean and fresh. The owner is pleasant and easy to get in touch with to obtain additional island passes or if you have other needs. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We truly enjoyed the stay at this property on Kiawah. Property manager made everything easy. Condo is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach. Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Thanks and look forward to the next visit!

A Great Stay in Kiawah!

We had a lovely time in Kiawah! The rental location lends itself well to beach days and is easily accessible with a quick bike ride up to Boardwalk 5. The grocery store is close by and has everything you need. The rental was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the setting was perfect!As first time visitors to Kiawah, there are a few things that we wish we had known going into our stay:1. Biking: Bike rentals were easy and convenient! If coming at peak season, most of the bike rental companies recommend placing your order ahead of time to ensure they have everything you want in stock and that you can have them for as long as you are there. We went through Seaside Cycles and they were great! We also heard good things about Alligator bikes but they didn't have the items we needed since we ordered when we arrived. Companies will deliver / pick up and provide anything you need to go with the bikes.2. There were no spices in the rental. Make sure you bring salt and pepper with you if you choose to cook in the kitchen.3. If you plan to eat at any of the fancier restaurants on the island, check the dress code before you leave home. Some of the fancier restaurants require more than 'resort casual'.Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would absolutely return!

Great space! Super convenient to everything! The host was extremely responsive and accommodating to work with! Overall, the house was well stocked and in great shape! The beds and sofa were comfortable. There were lots of extra pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels and even beach chairs available!

Wonderful Vacation

We planned at trip to celebrate my daughters 15th birthday and spring break. As a family we have stayed at many places for vacation and we like to stay in relax to enjoy time together. This was the perfect place for that! The host had so many necessities for cooking that a lot of other places don’t usually have so we have to bring ourselves. The condo was so nicely decorated, clean and comfortable for all of us including our beloved dog. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Perfect Location

Golf Course Views

Clean, two bedroom, single story, villa directly on the golf course with beautiful golf course views. Private location on a quiet cul d’sac street and an easy ten minute walk to the Cougar Point Clubhouse or the beautiful ocean. Charlotte was always available and very helpful. Definitely returning.

Family vacation

Great stay in a wonderful place. The condo was as advertised and was perfect for our family. Close to the beach (but walk may be a bit much for younger kids (<5). Host was fantastic and answered all questions.

Extended stay with family

Great location with walking distance to beach. We enjoyed being able to walk our dog on the beach every morning. Short 5 min drive to the town area, Fresh Fields. Felt very safe and comfortable too!

The property itself seemed dark inside from the lack of natural light and it could use a little updating. We found the place equipped with all the amenities of home, we loved the outdoor area with the beach, enjoyed riding bikes and visiting the village nearby.

Great Location and Amenities

This villa was easily accessible to the beach by walking or by car. The neighborhood was very quiet. We ate all meals in-house, and we found the kitchen stocked with the perfect array of pots, pans and utensils. The view of the golf course was beautiful, although we received a little jolt when a stray golf ball hit the side of the house (no broken windows, thank goodness). That must have been one heck of a slice! We greatly appreciate that it was pet friendly. We would definitely book again!

Quaint Beach Cottage

Great stay

We had a great stay. Location was very convenient for quickly getting to the beach and pool on bikes we rented. House was very clean with plenty of dishes for cooking. Only feedback would be the master bathroom's shower drained very slowly so we did end up standing in water and the water/ice maker on the freezer had a small drip onto the ground. All in all it was just what we were looking for and I would stay there again!

LOVE 1206 FLYING SQUIRREL PROPERTY

We love staying here!!! this is our second stay here and this trip was better than before. the location is awesome right on the 1st tee of cougar point. short walk to the golf course which we played twice and we walked over in the afternoon to chip and putt. short walk to cougar point clubhouse and players pub. easy bike ride to beach 2 minutes. great location!!! the property is bright, clean, very well furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. the beds are super comfortable and the sheets are wonderful. the property manager makes the check in process easy and is very attentive to any response. This property makes our vacation perfect and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

The cottage was adorable in a great area with a short walk to the beach. On cougar golf course which is nice and loved walking over to clubhouse.

This unit is nestled in a cul de sac and backs up to the golf course. The condo was beautifully updated and not too far from the beach. Having linens and towels provided is a great touch.

Pet Friendly Kiawah Rental

We greatly appreciated finding a pet friendly rental on Kiawah Island. The unit was clean and the kitchen had all the essentials. The owner provided two bikes and beach chairs for use. The unit has a small outdoor space that overlooks a golf course and is in walking distance to Cougar Point Golf Club. Beach access is a trek if walking. We chose to use the beach access parking across from the Timber’s Resort. There wasn’t any information on location of this parking and it took us several days to find it on our own. We found being fairly close to Freshfield Village a plus with this unit.

I just purchased this cottage back in early December of 2012 for second home and an investment property. I live in Charleston and have always wanted to have a place on Kiawah. I am so looking forward to relaxing and enjoying all that Kiawah has to offer.........I am an avid tennis player and love to bike- so this is the place to be. Kiawah Island is like no other place...come and explore. Great shopping, restaurants and a marina.
