Disfrute de la comodidad de esta cabaña recientemente renovada de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el área de West Beach. Plano de planta abierto con porche y terraza con vistas a una laguna y a pocos pasos de la playa. Hermosa cocina totalmente nueva con encimeras de cuarzo y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Muebles cómodos con una gran otomana para poner los pies en alto y relajarse. Camas king size y televisores en las dos habitaciones. ATT U-verse cable y WIFI incluidos. Disfruta del aire libre en el porche de la pantalla con los balancines giratorios acolchados o siéntate en la terraza y rockea. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad. El acceso a la piscina comunitaria en Duneside Rd está incluido. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Esta cabaña se encuentra a muy poca distancia a pie de la hermosa NUEVA casa club Cougar Point, que se inaugurará en junio de 2019. El pub de la casa club servirá desayuno, almuerzo y cena.

Very clean, comfortable cottage in quiet area. Perfect set up for two couples with two king beds and separate bathrooms. Close to a beautiful beach and fun activities. Prompt, courteous communications with owner.

Nicely updated! Bathrooms, kitchen - everything fresh and super clean. We loved sitting on the screened porch watching birds and an alligator in the pond. The beach and pool are a short walk (or very short bike ride). Our host Jack was extremely helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great stay!!

We spent 5 days at Jack's place at the end of April and loved it! We enjoyed being on the west end of the island, and the location was perfect. It is very quiet and there is a small lagoon in the backyard where we saw lots of cool birds and wildlife. The unit was spotless, and we spent a lot of time on the screened in back porch. I appreciated all the extra dishes and silverware, which meant that we didn't have to use the dishwasher constantly, or as is the case most often, just do the dishes by hand. There was also a lot of cooking equipment available. There were a few beach chairs for us to use, and we could walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. Jack responded to every inquiry almost immediately and was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. He called and spoke to me directly when I had an issue with the TV, and it was readily resolved.If we head to Kiawah again, we will definitely stay here. Thanks, Jack!

Quiet and Clean Place

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Jack's place. The entire house is well maintained and very clean. Comfortable beds with cotton sheets and blankets. The neighborhood was very quiet and people were friendly. Short walk to the beach. We had a great vacation there!

Perfect Paradise

Our recent stay during the 4th of July week was extraordinary. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with an immaculate, pristine space that was so clean it sparkled. Every inch of the cottage was thoughtfully organized, with a place for everything and everything in its place. I always have to bring my cleaning supplies and clean when I arrive at vacation homes; not this time. It was immaculate! The amenities provided went above and beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality appliances and utensils, making it a joy to prepare meals. The bathrooms were luxurious, complete with fluffy towels and nice toiletries. The bedrooms, with their plush bedding, offered a haven of comfort that guaranteed restful nights. We enjoyed some meals on the screen porch while watching gators float by. What truly set this VRBO apart was its perfect location. Nestled in a lush landscape of palm trees the neighborhood is beautiful. We explored Charleston and Folley Beach all easy drives from Kiawah. The walk to the beach was easy and so peaceful. The community pool was clean as well. We saw deer, armadillos, sea turtles laying eggs, and beautiful birds.

Quaint and clean cottage

Our Greenslake cottage was lovely. It was up to date with furnishings, clean, and was very roomy for 3 adults. The screen porch was an added bonus to play games at night and view wildlife. The property is so very quiet and the view on the porch was spectacular sitting on a lagoon. Just to made guests aware...there was only AT&T u-verse....no netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime or any other platform capabilities. We were quite disappointed (but never thought to ask prior) as we were hoping to catch family movies at night. However, my husband found a Target and bought a Roku device and made our netflix work. So if you have this plan too, bring a roku device or firewire. We had a lovely time here!

Memorial Day Weekend

We stayed here for an extended Memorial Day weekend. The owners gave very thorough instructions and information on the property, as well as recommendations for surrounding areas. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed eating our meals on the screened in porch. The beach and pool are just a quick bike ride away!

Clean and Comfortable

This was my second time staying at Jack's property, and it was just as cozy and clean as I remembered. The home is conveniently located a short drive from the eateries, shops, and grocery store at Freshfields. Jack also reached out before our arrival to help me locate the beach access parking lot for residents and guests (not the public lot at Beachwalker Park). I can't believe I drove past this lot on my prior visit. It's less than half a mile from the property, near Boardwalk 5. The beds and couches were as comfortable as I remembered. The showers stayed warm. We also appreciated the Keurig, and the top of the line range/oven and fridge. We were sad to have to return home, but we hope to return again! Thank you, Jack!

Outstanding cottage!

Wonderful place, well appointed, clean and spacious. Location was quiet and the screened in porch looking over the bayou was a delight. Communication with owner was the best I have experienced in all rentals I have rented. I highly recommend this lovely cottage on Kiawah Island.

Great, modern condo!

I cannot say enough good about this place, and the experience with the owner from start to finish. The condo was super clean, updated inside and had everything we needed. The check-in process was perfectly described and very easy. Communication with the owner was outstanding. There are a lot of condos for rent on Kiawah, and it’s difficult to distinguish the good ones from the mediocre ones by online photos and descriptions. We have stayed in many condos on the island and this one was easily the best.

This is our fourth stay on Kiawah and have always stayed at various Greenslake Cottages. This property was great - updated, clean, well stocked, everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Our family has vacationed on Kiawah Island for over 25 years. We decided to buy in 2017 so we could spend even more time here in the years to come. We were delighted to find this cottage in Greenlake Cottages in the West Beach area of Kiawah. We immediately started the renovation to make it enjoyable and comfortable, not only for us, but for our guests and have continued to make improvements annually. For 2025 we will have one of the baths completely remodeled. We hope you enjoy your visit with us!
